00:47:063 (1,2) - remove the whistle on 2's head and add one on 1's end to fit in the music better
00:50:537 (2) - may need a whistle here, quite the same sound as 00:50:221 -
for the beginning and ending part, I personaly don't like how you use whistle and clap together at some points, but as you made them quite consistent so I took it kinda as your style - removed the most (maybe all?) part of the whistle from the whistle+clap parts, which was not really very consistent... so yeah

- fixed the other part you've mentioned. very nice
I've made a few bitsounds changes at 00:18:011 (2) - and 01:46:432 (2,3) - maybe that's not a big deal imo

01:47:063 (4,5) - these beats should actually be snapped on 1/3 snap divisor according to the music. I don't know if it would be unrankable to deal them like the current. I would say that it's better if rearrange the rhythm like the pic below

and after doing so, you could add claps to all these beats and it would sound better for sure

00:24:326 (1) - I don't know why you used many normal finish sounds for this part, it's quite overwhelming to me, you didn't have them when I modded last time iirc. I would highly recommend that you remove the normal finish sounds, replace them with soft finish if you want. check the below

Still, it's ok if you wanna keep them, it's your choice.
00:41:695 (3) - this finish is good

01:09:168 - you may also add a clap here, same as the above
00:42:009 - the inherited point here is unsnapped, it doesn't cause any problem though, it's still better if you resnap it to 00:42:011 -
