Sorry but I'm sure kiai time of all diffs should be ended at 00:09:168 (1) - . Rhythm here is down, so kiaitime is ended here is really bad

Insane

00:09:168 (1) - Add whistle-normal
00:11:379 (1) - ^ at head
I really can't understand what you mapped, 00:12:168 (3,4,5) - this rhythm, although there isn't a sound at (4) but you still add it, while 00:13:905 (7) - this rhythm can make three notes but you ignore it. Plz consider this!
00:16:511 (6,8) - ^, you overmap almost in this diff
00:18:011 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - A baka rhythm, you always ignore all drum in sound and overmap all anywhere you like. My rhythm works better for catching instrument

00:20:300 (1) - Add whistle-normal
00:23:379 (1) - 216/276, nicer for a better flow?
00:26:774 (4) - Plz no vocal, no instrument, I also checked 25% and I'm sure empty here, Remove this note or you overmap it

00:24:168 - Put a single note because there is vocal (stack perfectly with (3) will nicer)
01:15:800 (3) - Creat 2 single notes and make a jump will more interesting for me
01:36:958 (3) - I know although used tick but there is point time still better?

00:42:009 - the inherited point here is unsnapped, it doesn't cause any problem though, it's still better if you resnap it to 00:42:011 -

01:47:063 (4,5) - these beats should actually be snapped on 1/3 snap divisor according to the music. I don't know if it would be unrankable to deal them like the current. I would say that it's better if rearrange the rhythm like the pic below

and after doing so, you could add claps to all these beats and it would sound better for sure
