Had a quick glance on Insane as I saw the results came in..

a few concerns about the kiai here
the soft-hitfinishes feel too sharpand sudden here; I'd rather stick to normal whistles if you want something very upbeat and foregroundish as they have the more fadey-lasting feeling and can make for nice rhythms
02:03:536 (1) - this kind-of-overlap with previous 1 looks bad, can you move it further away please?
02:04:065 (3) - I'd rather split this into two circles, considering that there's two strong sounds at the start and end of this slider, contrasting with the ones before where it was only the start so I believe two clicks will fit better
02:04:595 (1,2,3,4) - there's so much energy behind these, why not space them a bit more? (0.8x?) it just doesn't feel too important and climaxy to simply have it so narrow-spaced
02:06:712 (1,2) - softsample + drum additions please? the drum-hitnormal feels a bit cringy for me here (same for all other parts like this obviously)
02:08:301 (3) - same as 02:04:065
02:14:124 (1,2) - don't particularly enjoy the combination of these sliders; the turn just seems to awkwardly sharp and the sliders don't compliment another well for what I feel; would probably replace it with two circles since there's two strong sounds on 2's start and end, anyways (example below?)
02:15:359 (3) - same as 02:04:065
02:15:889 (1,2,3,4) - again I would suggest you scale this up to 0.8x or so
02:16:683 (6) - why is this snapped to 1.1x? ._.

basically those things over the whole kiai; didn't point every example out, I deem you able to find t hem yourself xP
02:45:095 (5) - I'd rather make this a soft sample, three normal-hitnormals just seem like a bit much here
02:47:124 (2,3) - can you please arrange it so the sliders start on the white ticks? currently, you hit on the weaker beats and have them end on the strong ones, and that's just bleh

02:50:742 (5) - same as 02:45:095
03:00:712 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - I expected drumwhistles here, considering the whole part before was like a drumwhistle-based buildup and the stream sort of builds the climax to this; you could go by just putting them on every red tick and increasing the frequency on the second combo (3,7,1,3,5,7,9) or go for something more inventive such as
3,7,2,4,6,7,903:12:006 (1,2) - awfully close to the HP bar, doesn't look too good ingame
So yeah, that's what I found on a whim; you could call me back for a full mod of all diffs if you want to.
