Hit sound: you can try add "clap" on No.2 and No.4 white line.

some suggestion
1. blanket,, you have the concept of blanket and you should develop it .and use blanket more often.
example: 00:09:850 (3,4) -
2. slider. don't don't don't use weird shape slider, sometimes simple is best.
example of bad slider:00:28:208 (5) - 00:30:447 (8) - 00:38:283 (4) - 00:48:358 (1) -
3.rhythm. mainly fine, some point that should notice
from 00:05:372 - to 00:18:805 - you use pretty much same rhythm in those 4 bars, i think same rhythm in 2 bars is fine,but 4? not good
00:22:499 (2,3,4,5) - i can hear there is sound on 2,3,5, but not 4, player will feel uncomfortable when hit a note when there is no sound on the back ground.
00:30:447 - avoid using long slider in insane diff. quiet break the 'tension' you can try this
00:44:552 - there's vocal here , add a note here to make the beat more continuous
00:51:044 (4) - no sound here too
it's good to see that you don't have any overlapping notes.
however, i'm sorry, the quality of your map isn't enough for rank.
but nice job of the first map. you should always consider how to place to make the map look neat

sorry but both your mod and your map is out of my standard..I'll give you some general advice
1.about hitsound:I suggest using "24clap"(regard the long white line as 1st line,add clap on 2nd and 4th line.),it matches the beat very much
2.about New Combo:your combo set is quite in a mess.usually we add NC on the long white line(we also call it "downbeat").I personally suggest 1 NC per downbeat in H/I. 1 NC per 2 downbeat in E/N
3.about arrangement:avoid overlaps,it will look better and neater.
4.some tips in Easy:00:23:283 (3) - a slider with 3 repeats will make newbies puzzled 01:13:432 (1,1) - a quick note after spinner is usually banned

The file size of your background is 1.51MB which is very large and uses up a lot of space. You try should reduce the size.
The combo colors for Easy are slightly different than the other difficulties if you have a look in the .osu, make sure to apply this code only to Easy so that it's unfied.

00:42:537 (3) - The curve is slightly different from 00:41:641 (2). It would look better if they were the same.
00:55:522 - Delete this unnecessary green line, vol. is already at 40%.
00:56:417 - Why the huge jump in vol. here? It causes soft-hitnormal to be louder than the clap on 00:56:865 (3) which sounds strange. The clap on 00:57:761 (4) is also way too loud. Try a slow volume increase like this:
01:13:432 (1) - Reduce the vol. of this spinner to 40% or 50% because it's very loud. Also a finish would be better for this one.

00:42:537 (3) - The curve is slightly different from 00:41:641 (2). It would look better if they were the same.
00:55:522 - Delete this unnecessary green line, vol. is already at 40%.
00:56:417 - Why the huge jump in vol. here? It causes soft-hitnormal to be louder than the clap on 00:56:865 (3) which sounds strange. The clap on 00:57:761 (4) is also way too loud. Try a slow volume increase like this:
01:13:432 (1) - Reduce the vol. of this spinner to 40% or 50% because it's very loud. Also a finish would be better for this one.
01:27:313 (1) - Same spinner suggestion as Easy.

01:10:074 (3,4,5,6) - Try to rearrange like this to improve the flow from (3) to (4) 01:25:970 (7) - NC here is fitting.
