Alright, let's start. Just a few suggestions because the map already looks good. :D

Millhiore's Easy
  1. 01:00:865 (2,2) - Maybe place them in a way they are not touching?
  2. 01:16:395 (1,1) - They aren't symmetrical.
Normal
  1. 01:01:042 (4) - Since this is a Normal diff, how about deleting this note? This may be a bit fast/hard for this diff, imo.
  2. 01:04:395 (2,1,2,3) - This part would be a bit difficult for newbie players to play,imo. There are many 1/2 notes together. How about doing something like this?
    Example


    You can even make a blanket with 01:04:395 (2,3) if you want.

From what I see, in the beginning, you're using the hitsounds to follow the voice, right?
  1. 00:22:042 - Maybe Whistle?
  2. 00:29:101 (1) - Maybe whistle here instead of on 00:29:807 (3) - ? It sounds better, imo
  3. 00:32:277 - Maybe Whistle here? Feels empty
  4. 01:17:453 (7,8) - These notes seems too close for the time hap they have between them, even if it's a symmetry pattern. This breaks the flow, imo. Maybe place them in a way that it will still have simmetry but the spacing between them is still 0.9x?

  1. 00:56:630 (1) - How about changing the color of this combo to a dark/gray one? It would make more sense, imo, since the drums start from 00:57:865 (1)
  2. 01:14:806 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3) - There's something weird about the flow on this part, imo. It's difficult to get an accurate hit on 01:15:512 (1,2,3) and I think it's because 01:15:336 (2,1) are too close. This is just a suggestion, but I increased the spacing between them to 1.1x and moved it to an upper side, rotating 01:15:689 (3) in a way that the spacing between it and the next note would be 1.6x (A mini jump for this part felt better than leaving it with 1.0x or 1.1x). This might have been confusing, so here's an image

  2. 00:34:218 (6,7) - This combo color and this background make this pretty hard to read, I wouldn't stack. I simply wouldn't use that combo color at all. It is very hard to read.

Lots of people don't play with video, lot's of people play with a dimmed background. I seriously recommend changing the color, it makes the sections really hard to read when you don't need to.

AR5 is too fast imo, AR4 fits better because around 50% is on 85 bpm section which makes the AR a bit overdone
00:19:218 (1,2,3,4) - I personally feel this a bit confusing as you are following mainly the vocal but 00:19:571 (2,3) - doesn't follow well much which makes distance between 00:19:924 (3,4) - a bit unintuitive. I suggest you use something like this screenshot to follow it more precisely.
Though you need to add hitsound for your own preference.

Fixed artist and changed AR to 5. I was thinking about it a bit, and I think 5 is best after all, since the chorus is kinda the "most important" part of the song.
