Is it on purpose that the bg is 1280x720? If yes leave it, if no, try to convert it to 1024,768 o: Yup, for widescreen.

First impression: Well, looks like a good map! The jumps are a big, but I think that's ok. I have some problems with the white combo color, it makes everything a bit hard to read! Also the combos seem extreeemely long o.o but for now, nice c:

00:05:019 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Instead of making this combo so straight, i suggest something round. Because i have an idea for 00:06:191 (10,11,1) - : you could make the DS between them the same, so you get a jump there, instead from 11 to 1. My suggestion: http://puu.sh/39FSB.jpg Warning: it looks very ugly, but it's just for the idea. xD I don't see any problem with this. I prefer my pattern too.
00:26:347 (12) - NC? This combo is waaay to high imo. And it looks weird, because there is a little break in it as well, i recommend it ^^ Adding nc at different point
00:32:910 (5) - If you could move this a bit to the bottom you could create a nice looking-blanket. just like 1-2 grids Well, ok~
