Enourmous length combined with high density suggests HP-1, just to get it somewhat passable.
I really had problems reading it because of high BPM, it might be just me since I also can't really read anything + HR, but maybe use 1,3SV.
01:21:047 - this part seems really random to me, it feels very unintuitive because of the stop-and-go in both music and map, some suggestions to make it easier:
01:22:797 (134) - Big don, generally players tend to read pauses better if there's a big note just before.
01:24:297 (141,142) - This played weird because it doesn't follow your previous rhythm. Drag (141) 1/2 ealier and use a kat for (142) to match your previous pattern.
01:26:297 (155) - I think a big kat would fit nicely here.
01:27:672 (164,165,166,167,168) - dkdkd would represent the music better.
02:21:047 - this sudden drop in volume is irritating, if you want it so low, please reduce it step-by-step in the kdddkdddkdddk pattern before (Like -5% every note or something like that).
03:18:297 (80,81,82,83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90) - This is too hard, you already got high density and high BPM, no need to add finger-breaking streams.
04:07:047 - Why is here a break in Kiai?
04:59:047 (24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40) - As above, this is just murder. If you want to keep that many notes in the stream, use something much less complex.
05:19:047 - This part with bigs and triplets inbetween is really unpleasent to play. To keep the rising tension but also make it less painful to play, remove these three notes: 05:20:922 (20), 05:22:922 (40) and 05:24:922 (60).
05:26:172 - The gimmick-speedup is unnecessary, especially because it's already scrolling really fast.
