In case there's inconsistencies with your hitsounds, useless hitsounds. I may also suggest you some things to make your hitsounds better;

1. 02:04:719 - Since at this place, on your kiais times, there's a whistle to the second redtick and then, there's none on this slider, you could be able to add a whistle here. By doing this, it will emphasize the word "Pop" of "Bubble Bubble Pop Pop". You could make the same thing for 02:17:870 - done
2. 02:31:020 - Seems like you're missing a clap at the end of this slider. It would have kept the consistency with your previous sound which you placed it at this place (For an example: 02:27:733 - ) aaa a clap here sounds weird D: I think that's why Roddie didn't add it there
3. 02:59:377 - It sounds like you're able to add a hitsound here.. I thought of placing a clap since first, it's placed on an upbeats and it fits with the song here. Then, I thought you could maybe add a whistle, but it sounded too quiet, so, a clap should sound good here! added a clap
4. 03:07:596 - Make sure to add a clap here to keep the consistencies with your upbeats sounds, it seems like you've missing one at this circle! done

New combos
New combos are one of the things I think it's important for a beatmap. Combos shouldn't be overused, have too much objects in a combo and should fit with the song;

1. 02:03:897 - This slider shouldn't have a new combo here because most of your combos has two big-downbeats. With the previous combo and this one, it doesn't have two big-downbeats. Also, by looking at your previous Kiai Time, (at 00:58:144 (3) - , to be exact) it doesn't have a new combo. I understand why you've added a new combo here because of the "Bubble Bubble Bubble Pop, Bubble Bubble Pop Pop" but like said, it doesn't really keep the consistency between your combos because of that. So, I really suggest you to delete the new combo to be consistent with your previous combos and your previous Kiai Time. (Oh also, that's the only place that you're doing that, so c:)

New combos are one of the things I think it's important for a beatmap. Combos shouldn't be overused, have too much objects in a combo and should fit with the song;

This is probably too complicated to do "right" because the arranged 146BPM layer is still used in the background together with something else for the noises. As you follow the other layer(s) (with whatever BPMs are used) with some notes you should use the correct timing for the respective notes OR don't follow them at all:

02:23:623 (1) - this slider is too fast because the wobble is gradually getting slower. Snapping to 1/16 would fit much better but you should never use 1/16 snap. So a new timing section hat just affects the slider with the following circle is needed. You have to reset the timing @02:24:445 - and @02:25:267 - to be in the correct measure again. alright I hope I did this right xD

02:25:062 (1,2,3,4) - (1,2) seem disconnected and not very intuitive as they don't follow anything dominant. I can see three possibilities here: asdasd I found this really really confusing. I think the least bad option was to add a note at 02:24:958 (1) - and change the slider's shape so that's what I did
1) you delete the two circles and start the combo on the downbeat with 02:25:267 (3) -
2) you add a circle on 02:24:959 - to match the (very feint) whatever-that-sound-is with a complete stream (probably needs a different shape for the previous slider)
3) you follow the "lighter wobble". You'll need a new timing section beginning with 02:24:445 (3) - and end the slider on the first wobble timing the following circles . Reset timing on 02:25:267 - for correct measures. The jump back to the regular timing will be hard to read so I suggest using a kickslider for this instead of the circles.

03:03:075 (8) - consider adding a NC here to indicate the new phrase mk
03:13:760 (5,6,7) - messed up spacing. Surrounding pattern is symmetric, why don't you center the stack in the middle of 03:12:938 (1,2,3,4) - @268/200? This diff has different slider repeats which may confuse beginners.. some sliders at red tick.. that's what makes it tricky. I guess it's fine, but I personally think it wasn't a good idea to collab a Easy difficulty. :< (there's no need to explain me why though. I readed the thread and I know why you did this).

Regardless of that! my suggestion here is adding nc here and removing the one at 00:14:377 (1). It shortens the nc of 11 and follows the instrumental more.
4. 00:19:308 (10,1) - This jump feels forced and plays bad but it's just my opinion :< I guess its fine like this.
5. 00:36:774 (8) - Add a whistle here to give some variety to hitsounds? The claps are so repetitive that start becoming boring to hear. If you do this you should add whistle to 00:39:651 (6)'s end, 00:43:349 (4)'s end.. 00:23:623 (5) etc.
6. 00:30:609 (3,4,5,6) - ^ You can try adding whistles to this part too.. sounds perfect with whistles imo. For example, whistle at 00:30:609 (3)'s end, whistle to 00:31:226 (4), and to 00:31:637 (6)'s start. Again if you do this apply it to the rest of patterns with similar rhythm such as 00:27:527 (1,2,3,4,5,6).

Adding such a weird rhythm will only make players fail at this part. Better make this pattern a slider or something simple to understand when playing. Also, 02:23:623 (1) is offbeat too.
17. 02:29:788 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - Overmaaaaap ;-; delete 02:29:890 (5) and 02:30:096 (7) to avoid this.
18. 02:51:568 (1,1) - These notes sound too monotonous without hitsounds.. and even more with breaks between them. Please consider adding whistle/hitfinish. Whatever that works fine for you.

    I personally don't like this difficulty that much. The flow isn't good at some parts, and patterns like 03:09:240 (6,7,8,9,10) don't play that good for me nor are interesting. Let me repeat this: this is my personal opinion. I think this can improve more if you apply my suggestions about flow issues. Other patterns are good and look clean imo.

I think the most appropiate way to add nc's is adding them at notes at white tick unless it's necessary. I mean, it fits more if you emphasize the change of melody with them rather than the voice but that's up to you. Regardless of that! my suggestion here is adding nc here and removing the one at 00:14:377 (1). It shortens the nc of 11 and follows the instrumental more. fixed
4. 00:19:308 (10,1) - This jump feels forced and plays bad but it's just my opinion :< I guess its fine like this. keeping it
5. 00:36:774 (8) - Add a whistle here to give some variety to hitsounds? The claps are so repetitive that start becoming boring to hear. If you do this you should add whistle to 00:39:651 (6)'s end, 00:43:349 (4)'s end.. 00:23:623 (5) etc. I don't think it fits sorry
6. 00:30:609 (3,4,5,6) - ^ You can try adding whistles to this part too.. sounds perfect with whistles imo. For example, whistle at 00:30:609 (3)'s end, whistle to 00:31:226 (4), and to 00:31:637 (6)'s start. Again if you do this apply it to the rest of patterns with similar rhythm such as 00:27:527 (1,2,3,4,5,6). I prefer this as it is
7. 00:44:993 (5,6) - ^ Whistles or any other hitsound would work to emphasize the melody here before the kiai time. :3 there used ot be hitsounds here but they sounded horrible imo so I removed them x-x so yeah
8. 00:49:925 (9) - To emphasize the vocals here you can add a hitfinish or a whistle. Sounds good, and it would give variety to those repetitive claps imo. This also applies to similar rhythms like 00:52:801 (5) etc. added that clap, but meh.. I honestly don't get what's so wrong about the hitsounding pattern. I think it's better to have what you name boring than just adding a lot of hitsounds where they don't even fit just to say you're avoiding a repetitive pattern
9. 01:33:281 (1) - Wow this overlap.. looks really ugly in my honest.. opinion. Please consider moving it more over here to avoid that needless overlap. meh.. fine

10. 01:46:842 (2,3,4) - This jump doesn't flow good. If you look at the pattern, 01:46:226 (1)'s curve goes up, then suddenly, 01:46:842 (2) down. It would be better if you move (2) a bit up for a better flow with (1)'s curve. The change looks small in the editor but it improves flow/gameplay imo. I think this is okay as it is and to achieve the pattern you suggested I'd also have to move the slider which wouldn't be in an appropriate distance from the previous note, so yeah

To follow that dubstep sound properly you have to end 02:24:445 (3) at 02:24:907 (1/8 obviously), note at 02:25:010 (1), 02:25:113 (2), 02:25:216 (3) etc. But I don't recommend you that. Adding such a weird rhythm will only make players fail at this part. Better make this pattern a slider or something simple to understand when playing. Also, 02:23:623 (1) is offbeat too. all this dubstep parts are, yes, a little off. however this has all been discussed before and it got to an agreement that it's okay to keep it as it is.
17. 02:29:788 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - Overmaaaaap ;-; delete 02:29:890 (5) and 02:30:096 (7) to avoid this. sorry, I just don't agree
18. 02:51:568 (1,1) - These notes sound too monotonous without hitsounds.. and even more with breaks between them. Please consider adding whistle/hitfinish. Whatever that works fine for you. keeping this as well
19. 03:03:692 (2) - Unconsistent clap with the rest of your claps. You should remove it for consistency. k

    I personally don't like this difficulty that much. The flow isn't good at some parts, and patterns like 03:09:240 (6,7,8,9,10) don't play that good for me nor are interesting. Let me repeat this: this is my personal opinion. I think this can improve more if you apply my suggestions about flow issues. Other patterns are good and look clean imo.
    
    About this.. well, opinions are opinions. you're gonna notice I didn't change most of your suggestions and I'm sorry if I replied in a way that sounded offensive, that wasn't the purpose (making this clear before someone misunderstands me). I think my mapping style doesn't match your preferences and I'm sorry about that. I think some of the things flow better as they are, and I really hope I can keep them.

Also, I know this is a collab difficulty but I still think you can make hitsounds more consistent between parts. That's why I suggested some hitsounds for consistency, and also because they sound good imo.
