Sorry I haven't gotten back to you in a while dkun. Okay, so slider bodies have been incorporated half-verse, claps in the other half-verse have been softened, and the kiai volume has been reduced to I think it was 60 from 100. Superclap sounds much more quiet.TheVileOne wrote:

IMO the symmetry hurts the flow in areas, and the focus on the orientation misaligned a couple things. I didn't mention any of these instances, because it is playable and not really in error.
00:57:675 (2,3,4) - Please use equal spacing. I'm pretty sure it does? o_o
01:01:220 (3) - New combo. Yesu
01:17:039 (4) - Good slider! Thank you! :O
02:13:493 (3) - I don't like how this curve doesn't align right with the notes around it. A slighter curve would help, it would fix the alignment with the previous part, but the part after would still be not aligned the greatest. Played around with some angles; flow should be hopefully better.
02:50:311 (2,3,4) - Triple seems out of place and just doesn't play right considering the vocal heavy orientation. I would delete the middle note. sure
03:17:312 (2,3,4) - (57 seconds) same as above
03:20:857 (3) - New combo. fixed
Thanks TVO!
I think I'll need some opinions/help on the sliderslide hitsounding. :S

Some stuff I noticed while play-testing
|Hard|I'm willing to make a full mod and re-bubble afterwards if you want me to do so, just poke me in-game.
- 00:51:538 - This break is way too short. I know the map doesn't have any breaks but it's not okay to force a really small one either. This should not happen.
- 00:57:947 (6,7) - |Sync| - I think this jump feels to forced, the music doesn't back it up and the circles are in the same combo thus it feels really weird while playing. Consider re-arranging, if possible
- 01:17:310 (6,7,8) - |MMzz| - This small triangle formation breaks the flow, i mean, it requires a forced mouse movement. If you re-arrange it like this, it would be much, much better.
- 01:21:674 (6,7,8) - Same here and the next ones. I know it'd be annoying to change all of those but those formations really break the flow, imo.
- 01:51:265 (X) - |MMzz| - If you follow your previous patterns and the music, I believe there's a circle missing here.
- 03:47:038 (1) - I think it doesn't make much sense to keep that hit-sound at the end since there's no music and the vocals are really soft, it sounds out of place. I'd definitely suggest to reduce volume to 10~20%. (I can see that this happens in other difficulties too, thus same for those)
n on these, tried it out but I prefer how it is nowHellDawn wrote:

p3n, just for the record, check the normal-hitnormal of the template skin. You'll notice how it has some "blank" time. This doesn't add much filesize and thus you shouldn't worry about that. It's kinda like removing an empty .osb file, not really that necessary.p3n wrote:

soft-hitfinish and soft-hitclap have ~1sec of silence at the end. Removed that for you: http://puu.sh/1JZXD
Empty .osb affects apsolutely nothing and silence in the hitsound can affect the feel of timing, isn't that right?narakucrimson wrote:

Okay, that was funny. Really. I lol'd.p3n wrote:

~1sec of silence at the endCraaap, I was too blind this time, my apologize.
It was not my intention to make useless changes here and it was definetely not the file size that made me request the change.narakucrimson wrote:

I understand your point - it's kinda interesting that the stuttering was fixed just by that.p3n wrote:
It works well enough even with the old ~300KB files but the way I understand it, the channel buffers will always be used for the full length of the PCM files even if the file contains only silence. The reason why I bothered with this is the stuttering and the (audio)lags I got with the old files on my netbook (to be fair I see this happening with many custom hitsounds). On a "normal" PC/MAC this shouldn't happen anyway but I removed the silence to test if it fixes the stuttering and it did. The quality of the hitsounds was not changed, so why not include the files if they are already made?
