On Vista+, try turning down UAC to a lower setting, running in XP SP2 compatability mode, or allowing osu! to run as administrator.

Try to install a new firewall program, that is also my problem before. I install a new firewall program and it all fix my problem.
Try it, it might work on your problem too.

Does the 502 error only happen to osu related sites? Have you tried clearing browser cache and cookies then restart the browser?

I don't know how much this is going to help but it's worth a try anyway...
