  1. Uh... From what I've seen of you while modding this, you make a solid kiai time section into a "burst" one while mapping your diff, and this one looks to be of no exception. Just wondering... What's the reason?
  2. 00:17:089 - Considering you mapped on all white ticks before the next spinner, why don't you add a circle here? I guess the idea here is to make a 2/1 rhythm because 00:16:166 is empty (and considering it's just 1/1 beat after a spinner, I'll let that slip), but the nothingness here feels weird, IMO.
  3. 00:22:628 (1) - What about if you make this a circle and then a 1/1 slider (1/1 beat after the circle), THEN apply NC to the slider? Using a repeating 1/1 slider just doesn't fit here, and NC doesn't really go well if you want to follow the phrasing of the lyrics (which seems to be what you're doing here).
  4. 00:26:320 (5) - Split this slider into two circles, and then NC the second one? Well, yeah, it's just that I'm not comfortable with the combo placement.
  5. 00:32:320 (3) - ...Honestly, I went all "what" in my mind at this slider. It just doesn't fit the song, in my opinion. How about changing this slider? My idea's like this (Not feeling like taking a timeline picture, so I'll go with text only; also, if you're following this, NC the first slider for ALL choice, although I would choose A, which, while have some 1/2 sliders, goes with the song better):

First of all, as I'm still new to mapping and modding, all of the following are really only suggestions, but even so I hope them to be helpful.

  • 249's Easy
  1. 00:52:628 (1) - Doesn't seem to fit the vocals there, maybe no repeat and instead 2 hitcircles after the slider?
  2. 00:56:782 (1,2) - This is the only part of the diff with a 1/2 beat...For the sake of those poor osu beginners, who totally can''t read this, I would try to handle this with shorter slider like you did in 00:49:859 (1)
  3. 01:02:320 (3) - similar problem as above, however that probably only counts for very new players that only just started playing osu, those who would probably lose their combo at this slider, because they can't really see and understand the small loop it does, they would think it would just go on as any other slider, thus moving their cursor too fast and losing the sliderball... (Actually, that might be not such a big problem, I just noticed it while playing, and in a mod the modder's supposed to tell the mapper what the he notices, right? orz)

    Anyways, great diff!

Uhm well, this mapset is just awesome. Every diff flows quite well, you have a lot of variation, different patterns etc. as well as a ver good difficulty spread. It's just fun to play, which is exactly what a good beatmap should be like.

Looking forward to seeing this ranked (I have no doubt this will be ranked) :)

Giving a deeper analysis of the beatmap, the song is too nice and I couldn't resist to make a map for my selfish fun, and I found inconsistence in the beats at the end of the song, so I found a better BPM, in my opinion, 130.034, same offset, you could try it. >w<

00:56:787 (1,2) - You were probably trying to follow the lyrics placing 2 1/2 notes there, though the correct placement of (1) would be 00:56:90 in that case (1/4 distance in the timeline). Nevertheless, I'd suggest you to remove (1), or add a new note 00:57:941 (3) to balance those 2 sliders and make it more comfortable for new players.
01:02:325 (3) - This slider is extremely long imo, because it covers 2 sentences of the lyrics while (1) just cover 1. To fix this, you can remove the repetition of (3) and place another slider (1) from 01:04:171 to 01:05:556, removing the current note (1).

  1. Normal is quite well done, but when I start playing this diff, the very start is already confusing me.
  2. 00:15:825 - I thought there should be something here, to cover the keyboard. it would be fun to play if you follow the keyboard and bass mainly imo. and if I keeping this thing all along the map, there would be a wall modding you'd not want to see, so I just point this out.
  3. 00:22:633 (5,6,7,8,1) - good
  4. 00:27:941 (6,7,8,1) - consider making this a increasing spacing pattern? that would be cool when the slowdown happen

  1. 00:17:556 (1) - Maybe continue the previous jump and increase the spacing to this slider? It's on the downbeat so it'll give more accent to the slider if you make it into a jump too
  2. 00:24:479 (4) - I can't rally feel the jump because of the nature of the slider. Try changing it into circles to make the jumps more fun?
  3. 00:40:633 (4,5,1) - Um... maybe mirror the slider so it'll be symmetry. It's looks awkward because the pattern are almost centered but the sliders aren't symmetry at all
  4. 01:19:149 (3,4) - Rather than giving a jump only on these 2, it's better if you give jumps to all of 01:19:149 (3,4,5,6,7) that way you can give more emphasize on the whole phrase.   2. 01:26:995 (3,4,5) - The jump then change back to normal spacing is very sudden and it plays awkward. If you want to give a jump here, try to make all of those 3 objects into jump. That way will make the jump more balance and it'll emphasized the current phrase of the vocal

no not for me. i have a low SV in this diff and i don't want to see the sliderticks cluttered in 1 slider.

  2. 00:31:402 (1) - According to your hit sound pattern, shouldn't the slider end is whistle not clap? no because since i have a finish on the spinner, it shows that a new pattern is coming.
  3. 00:41:094 - It's almost inaudible but I can still heat the drum roll from the slider slide. I don't know if this intentional though oh this is intentional for consistency. i also did this for more effect in the drums.
  4. 00:49:864 (1) - The short slider will easily confuse newbie who relies on vision, not to mention that this is the only 1/2 beat slider throughout the map ooh...alright i'll make this a 1/1 slider instead.
  5. 01:44:764 - The custom sound for the slider tick sounds to conspicuous. It's better to remove this as the next 2 clap (on 01:45:226 & 01:45:687) are enough alright i'll remove it. it might bother beginners as well.

Well, that's a pretty good difficulty. I only have two things to say..
00:18:017 (3) - I don't understand the hitsounds here... It's not consistent and it should be. My suggestion is to add a clap to the first note of the slider and the end to make the claps consistent. Also, on the reverse arrow, I'm suggesting you to replace the clap by a whistle.
01:16:611 - To make every Kiai time consistent, you should really add a Kiai time here and it would ends at 01:31:380 like the other difficulties. Also, I won't understand if you refuse this suggestion..

Normal
Pretty good~
00:32:325 (1) - This finish should be deleted since you're adding finishes to every 2 big-white-lines. So I guess this one is useless.

Hard
00:43:171 (2,1) - Shouldn't be these circles aligned?
00:44:787 (3) - one grid up to get this circle aligned with 00:44:325 (1) - .
01:35:995 (3) - The part after the red-dot, it's way more curved than the first part. Maybe you could try to make them more curved.

Insane
00:17:094 (5) - I don't know how to explain it but, stack this circle with 00:16:864 (4) - and then do ctrl+H
00:19:402 - There's no finish here? I guess you should add one here to keep the consistency.
01:00:248 (2) - Maybe you could add a new combo here so the previous combo will be the slowdown and the song seems to be more "loud" to this point.
01:31:611 (2) - Same as the previous point, but instead, the song is more soft.

It's a really nice mapset. It deserve to be ranked really soon (:

01:55:380 (3) - even with AR2&AR3, still overlaps 01:57:226 (1) :( it doesn't looks good; can you change the slider path into something like http://puu.sh/1YLZf that? (as long as its first wave blankets over previous (4) and didn't overlap (3) in any case)

this one even with a DS over 1.0 but i can tolerate it, since it was good looking slow (paced) map :)
