My mods are generally suggestions, with red ones being things that you must change and bold ones things that I strongly recommend you to change.
p.s. My heart yearns to get this ranked, so I'm going to be stricter, and point out anything that I don't like. Sorry for nazi mod.

General Comments

As Chewin pointed out, this style of mapping is too old...can be ranked but I don't know, you better check out new maps and take a look at new styles.

Offset +2.

Lower volume of whistles by 10%.

Milotic
Too many circles, and predominantly straight line, straight edges formation. Too many circles make it bad for beginners. I'd assume this is for beginners.

Spiritomb
The repeating slider idea is repeated WAY MANY TIMES.

Lucario
Too many straight edge imo.

Garchomp
Nice for a first try.

You said "I'll mod this after you fix the other diffs" to my diff. Well yeah why you don't mod it too; it will be fixed by a different person than DakeDekaane (me) so it should be of no problem. But it's up to you though; there's no deadline or something right? Take your time.

wip? No it's not. If you mean the short break in between...I'm not sure as to whether to leave it there or not, as it's quite a jumpy map. My experience with tablet and mouse tells me that jumpy maps tends to disorientate your hand position.

Background image doesn't seem to match the theme of the others. Like, the other five seem to be from the same artist, or at least having the same style. Save for Spiritomb where moe is just so hard to find.

00:01:905 (1) - Too short? Auto only gets 1000 bonus.
Many places - Distance seems not to be similar to neighborhood, but it's Insane, so it's up to you.

AR -1 probably? With irregular distance and fast AR, some people might get confused.

[General]
Always keep the BeatSnapDivisor on a level which you actually used in the map (for snapping notes, if you snap greenlines on 1/8 but you only map on 1/4, stay at 1/4), it's kinda annoying to swap it back to the original one
Use same Combocolours in all diffs (if you want to stick to the combocolours being different in guestdiffs, use all combocolours in all diffs and use the customize combocolourtool on every map), moreover, its recommended to not use black as a combocolour for those no-bg players who cry like hell if you can't see the circles.

Make sure all Kiaitimes start and end on the same spot.
in guest diffs, red timingsections are at 00:00:030, in uploaders at 00:00:032, you must only use one of these times for all diffs (the 30ms one sounds better IMO)
Remove Bookmarks from all diffs to make .osz smaller

Timing is totally off. Please use this: BPM 191.941, Offset 2505
Inconsisitency preview time, audio lead-in and countdown. Plus kiai time, too. Please check it carefully.

Change the source for " Pokemon: Black/White " as other Pokemon beatmaps' did.

edit; can you put all the picture to .jpg? or even .png. Just don't use two different types of picture.
there's also some unrankable stuffs like the MP3 bitrate is 256 kb/s which it must be 192 kb/s and resize roserade.jpg to 1024x768 like the other backgrounds.

00:17:978 (1,2) - IMO, this doesn't really make sense to someone at a Normal playing level. Maybe make the repeat slider vertical?

Can't mod unless I got how to pass it. Although observing the auto, seems like you have irregular spacing at times where it shouldn't. E.g. 00:04:405 (1) (still in stream), 01:11:280 (3) (has unexpected timing so spacing is important).

Okay so apparently I'm still not that good at modding.
