All are suggestions unless in bold, hence the usual asking tone (if you read my previous mods) doesn't exist here. Some are those that are given to me in my map :P

Countdown not necessary
00:02:530 - Better to have an object here
00:03:780 (2,4,2,4) - Try not to stack them; it's Easy right?
00:17:998 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4), 00:27:998 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3), etc - In Easy, try not to have objects on red ticks (or any non-white ticks for that matter)
00:18:780 (4), 00:21:280 (4), etc - Number of repeats is confusing; generally in Easy/Normal, if a slider is less than 1-beat long, use a predictable number of repeats or don't have an object soon after the slider (soon = seen before slider ends)
00:41:280, 00:46:280 - Add break/spinner/something, just to avoid draining HP
01:12:530 (7) - Add finish
01:17:530 - Spinner should start here

[Spiritomb]
Wut Spiritomb is Normal? It's like her starting Pokemon and things are really bad with the lack of weaknesses- Okay your map, your choice.

Otherwise it gets confusing; in fact I mistimed the 4 half a beat early.
01:12:530 (7) - Add finish. Wait wut why is this exactly as the Milotic's 01:12:530.

Increase AR, things are quite confusing (many hit objects = don't know which to hit)
00:47:998 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), etc - Similar to above, especially as the 4 has a different time/distance ratio

Hm. Hey there, from my queue.

[General]

Change the offset of your timing point to 30. This is so the offset sits at the start of the spinner in [Spiritomb, [Lucario] and [Garchomp]. Never place hitobjects before the first timing section. Don't forget to make this change in every difficulty.
Your BG is 785x600, this is unrankable. Your BG must be a 4:3 ratio. Suggested dimensions are: 1024x768 and 800x600. You may also want to find a BG with a better quality.
I don't reccomend using black as a combo colour, as it blends in with Cynthia's coat. The kiai time in [Milotic] runs slightly longer than the kiai time in the other difficulties. It's required that all standard difficulties use the exact same kiai time.
The slider tick rate in [Spititomb] is 0.5, I believe this is unrankable. Also, it's required that all standard difficulties use the same slider tick rate as well. If I recall correctly.

Well. In general, your map could use a lot of work.
For your first map, it is quite nice. The patterns are easy to read and you've used distance snap.
I'll just point out any unrankable issues and give you a couple tips for mapping in the future.

[Milotic]

It's reccomended that you use at least AR 3 for any difficulty. Anything underneath 3 is justy tedious and hard to read.

00:12:530 (1) - Placing two slider points on top of each other force the slider to make an immediate change of direction, these are called red anchors. Was this the kind of shape you were trying to make? 00:18:780 (4) - It's been observed that many newer players tend to let go of the sliders after the first slider repeat, so try to avoid having more than 1 repeat.
01:11:905 (5) - In easier difficulties, be sure to place new combos when the consistency in spacing changes.

[Spiritomb]

00:18:311 (2,3,4,5) - I reccomend that you avoid having 1/2 tapping in easier difficulties. Most new players would use mouse-only and for them, it would be difficult to click at this speed whilst keeping control of their mouse.
00:36:280 (6,7) - Personally, I would delete (7) and give (6) an extra slider repeat. This will make (6) consistent to all previous sliders in this sort of pattern.
00:47:998 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - The tapping consistency is constantly changing in these patterns, new players would find this very difficult to sightread and play at their level.

[Lucario]

It appears here you've used different combo colours to the other difficulties.
If I guess right, this is to try match the colours of a Lucario, right?
That's a creative idea, however I believe it's reccomended that you use the same combo colours throughout every difficulty, to keep consistency.

00:28:780 (5) - Do not ever place a repeat slider underneath another slider, the hitburst from the previous slider would cover the repeat arrow, thus making it difficult to read.
00:30:030 (1,2,3) - I reccomend you try avoid placing hitobjects this close to the border of the screen.
00:47:998 (1,2,3,4) - The spacing here would easily decieve the player, (4) is placed way too close to (3).
00:50:030 (9) - And here, (9) is too close to (8).
00:57:998 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This song runs at a rather high bpm. Long 1/2 streams like these here are pretty difficult for a [Hard].

[Garchomp]

AR 6 is WAY too slow for an [Insane]. Most difficulties of this level would use AR 8, or 9. A higher AR is also reccomended so that notes are easier to read.

00:03:780 (3,4,5) - These kinda crash into the hp bar a bit, try to avoid placing hitobjects this high.
00:20:811 (3) - I'd add a new combo here, it's the start of a new pattern.
00:33:311 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - These sorts of patterns are interesting, but purely frustrating to play. Your goal is to create a fun map to play, not something that's frustrating.
01:16:436 (6,7,8,9,10) - Try to avoid mapping streams that overlap themselves, it's difficult to sightread.
