easiest diff should have less than 3 difficulty star there are a lot of maps with 3+ stars on easiest diff, this diff only +0.1......
decrease AR and lighten the diff reducing the 1/2 notes that are kinda hard for the easier diff

what you said may fit some mapping style, but mapping styles are countless.
