Breaks in all diffs are different, and normal doesn't even have breaks. Consider making atleast your own diffs consistent. I suggest 01:08:865 - 01:11:623. I know the break is a bit short, but it's what makes most sense to me. Either that or a part of the slow section.

The hitsounds feels a bit bland to me It's like it's not really giving me that feeling of hitting the notes together with the music. Try using stronger-sounding hitsounds?

the tag "BounceBabe" is in [LoliFlan's Love], which I have no idea why is there? You could also add LoliFlan to the tags actually.
