Your hitsounds are almost 9MB~ total since they are in a .wav format, with the exception of the sliderslides, converting them to .ogg brings them down to 1MB~ which saves some filespace:

Also I discussed this in the BN server, but your sliderslides should use https://up.ppy.sh/files/blank.wav this 44-byte file instead of your current .ogg files since they break the RC currently (even if they were used in a ranked map before)
i see what happened with the reversed finish, i had the finish and reverse-finish swapped (idk why), the regular finish was on finish, while the delayed finish was on whistle.
changed everything to .ogg, added new silent sliderslide, swapped soft-hitfinish98 and soft-hitwhistle98 with eachother.
