00:13:247 (2,3) - I assume this should be walk distance, to achieve this feeling ,reducing ds to around 1.2x could be nice. Increase this to around 1.6x if you want a dash here
00:14:602 (2,3) - 00:16:343 (2,3) - 00:17:698 (2,3) - 00:19:440 (2,3) - same applies to these and so on, 1.4x works for some patterns so may retry several times for a best matching
00:36:666 (1,2,3,4,5) - A bit strange to have straight 1/4 streams while you're not having a lot 1/4 hypers in this section,
try a build up like this https://imgur.com/a/wFaGMUu
think I did something similar, moved 00:36:860 (2) - closer into the right so 00:36:666 (1,2) - aren't hypers
00:46:537 (6,7) - Consider spliting this into 2 notes with around 1.2x ds, could make a better flow
00:48:472 (1,2,3,4) - DS between these notes must be narrowed down, it's straight after a hyper and having huge spacing. At lease reduce the ds between 1 - 2
01:10:150 (1) - this slider feels kinda weird to play since u have a strong hyperdash in to a stationary flow that doesn't play very good, try this
01:40:731 (5,6) - This could be narrowed down for better flow, 1.5x feels pretty nice to me
01:40:924 (6,1) - Can't tell much but I feel this section is a bit bad since it's a hi-speed slider after anti-flow 1/4 hyper. For me I would suggest remake the previous section to make the hyper jump with a clear movement from left to right instead of straight slider jump
02:30:472 (6,1) - this works nice, but a better solution will be spliting the 1/4 slider to 1.5x DS circles, here's how it looks like https://imgur.com/bF3g4Gi https://imgur.com/twrtbtQ
for 01:40:924 (6,7,1) - , 02:30:472 (6,7,1) - , 02:36:666 (6,7,1) - made the 1/4 flow into the slider and split the 1/4 into 2 1.5x circles
02:29:698 (3) - For me I'm expecting a horizontal slider here for building up better movement, either moving towards left or right feels ok to me
02:54:860 (6,7,8) - higher-snapped hyperdash into a dash could be toned down in spacing, especially Rain, pls reduce 02:55:053 (7,8) -
03:25:827 (2,3,1) - I do think removing 03:26:311 (3) - fits much better as its not that significant, also 1/2 hyperdash serves better as a transition into calmer section here
04:30:665 (1,2,3) - interesting, but plays really bland since its technically just a simple straightforward curve pattern.
I think this one would be more meaningful if u play around ur concept of using 1/16 extended instead of just going into a simple flow direction by giving more movements to them
try flipping 04:30:665 (1) - 04:31:439 (3) - these into something like this
04:35:310 (1,2,3) - suffers the same fate but this one could only just flip 04:35:697 (2) - in similar fashion with above
