new combo (NC) usage could be simplified, as you use it pretty often. because of this, NCing doesnt emphasise certain patterns as much as it could and feels inconsistent. usually new combo is used to distinguish between every new pattern when it comes to map structure. you did a pretty good job at it everywhere, but the first part seems to have a few flaws to me. an example of reasonable NC usage is that you divided a single measure into two patterns: 00:18:667 (1,2,3) and 00:19:197 (1,2,3). following this pattern within the section makes your map look as a whole. therefore, here is a list of approximate NC changes:
00:01:197 (1) - remove NC
00:02:520 (1) - remove NC
00:03:579 (1) - remove NC
00:05:300 (1) - remove NC
00:07:550 (1) - remove NC
00:08:873 (1) - remove NC
00:16:550 (1) - i am not too sure about this one as the NC here highlights the strong sound, but removing NC wouldnt be a mistake here either
00:21:579 (1) - remove NC
00:30:050 (3) - remove NC

it is going to be a little bit tough, but if you want to rank the map you will be needing to make lower difficulties down to Normal according to https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Ranking_criteria/osu%21#:~:text=If%20the%20drain,than%20an%20Insane.
from my perspective it looks like the best solution here is to add: Normal (2.2-2.7*)
Hard (3.3-3.6*)
Insane(4.2-4.7*)
Expert (5.3-5.8*)
and probably an Extreme difficulty as well (6.3-6.8*)

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am not sure whether to consider it speedmapping or not but i really appreciate that you admire my mapping speed!! this is actually my new longest map at the moment, and mapping the last sections was pretty tiresome since there are multiple sections in the song being repeated, and it felt like i had mapped it 94672682476 times already yet had to map it once again although i was out of ideas, but i tried my best!!! thank you very much for your hype and for the чай!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
