1. Go to edit
2. Go to the place u want to speed up/slow down on the time
3. Next go to timing
4. Then click the "Timing Setup Panel"
5. Then press the green + sign
6. Next if it says "inherit previous timing settings" and that is checked, un-check it (checked by default)
7. Then you can change the bpm to whatever you want (higher bpm = faster)
Just remember to change the bpm back to normal when you want the song to do normal speed
