It might be a good idea to keep the sounds mapped consistent (altho 00:00:973 - & 00:02:345 - are slightly louder). Same goes to other 1/2s in this section.
00:20:173 - Triple for cymbals? You mapped cymbals at 00:19:488 - and I don't think it'll have too much of a playability issue.
00:21:030 (21030|3,21030|1,21030|2,21202|0,21202|2,21202|1,21373|1,21373|2,21373|3) - Why do the kicks suddenly turn into triples? They were doubles just until a while ago.
00:22:230 - I'd suggest a triple or a quadruple for the loud crash/smash/<whatever loud sound I hear> but this is entirely optional.
Also, in the following section, I recommend adding a note for each 1/2 for the hi-hat similarly to what I said before.

I'll just say right now that when mapping (at least for osu!mania), it's generally a good idea to set a certain number of notes for each instruments present to make the chord sizes consistent for all sounds. So if you're making kicks doubles, keep them doubles for that section. If you're making snares triples, keep them triples for that section. The only times when chord sizes should change are when playability issues occur from this, or when you started mapping a different section (with a proper transition.)

Also, at parts like 04:42:802 - ~ 04:44:173 - and 04:46:916 - ~ 04:48:116 - You suddenly stopped mapping those tom-toms (or whatever I'm hearing every 1/2) and it feels somewhat awkward.

[General]- Uncheck widescreen support in NM and HD.
- The difficulty gap between NM and HD is a bit high. I would highly consider adding an intermediate difficulty.
- If you're not keysounding your map, uncheck "samples match playback rate" under the audio section of MX.
- Increase HP and OD of HD to ~7.7 due to high notes with some LNs.
- Increase HP of NM to ~7 since 6 is normally too low and mashable for beginners.
- I believe the offset may actually be at 278, so consider listening to where the first beat is and try to find the correct offset.

[MX]00:23:773 to 00:24:802 - I'd suggest a single note 1/2 jack throughout this duration due to the repetitive beeping noises heard in the music.
00:29:259 to 00:30:288 - ^^ It just adds some originality to the map since the kick - snare structure you have going has already become somewhat repetitive, to no fault of your own.
00:31:602 (31602|0,31716|1) - Hi, this isn't 1/3, it's 1/2, so 00:31:602 (31602|0) needs to be at 00:31:659 and no one likes 00:31:716 (31716|1) so you can just remove that.
00:48:630 - Make this a triple for the snare to remain consistent with how you've been mapping kicks and snares.

00:53:602 (53602|3,53773|1,53945|2,54116|0,54288|1) - I feel that these shouldn't actually be LNs, or if they are, they should only be 1/4 since their sound is rather short and isn't sustained.
00:54:630 and 00:54:802 and 00:54:973 - Whereas the above doesn't need LNs, this part is the opposite in that the synth is held out for 1/2 beat for each of the times I listed, and it's pretty audible, so I would highly consider adding 1/2 LNs in this.

It would prove to be a bit more of a challenge than LN jumps, but that's up to you, since this section is fine structurally, albeit with a few errors I'm about to point out. Wait, actually, why did you completely drop the drums? I mean, a single note for the kick and a double for the snare would have worked due to confined space, but without the drums, this section feels pretty empty.
01:52:745 (112745|1,112745|3) - Either extend these LNs to begin at 01:52:402 and remove 01:52:402 (112402|2) or make 01:52:402 (112402|2) end at 01:53:430 because these are the same sustained synth, which means having two notes makes no musical sense.
01:55:316 (115316|0,115488|2) - Combine these LNs into one since their sound is the same.
01:55:488 (115488|2) - Ends at 01:56:002 but I can tell you're trying to represent that slurred note so maybe try something like this. I tried to do a roll, but there's really no room for it, and I moved a few notes around to get the LNs to fit but to no avail. Tbh, I'd probably just start 01:56:088 (116088|3) at 01:56:002
02:00:802 (120802|3,120888|1,120888|2) - This double is unnecessary since there's no accent on it; just the slurred note. As for the single note, I dunno, I just highlighted it.
01:59:259 (119259|0,119259|1) - Also, end these at easy to guess approximations. Ending them in 1/6 makes no sense since this song uses absolutely no compound timing, at least so far. All the notes are straight.
02:34:916 - Dude, did you just copy + paste this section from the previous one? The notes are pretty much the exact same placement. At least control H it or something to look different, or even better, just rearrange the notes to different positions since it's bland to play the exact same literal placement of notes maybe a minute or so after you just did that earlier in the song. Well, since I'm pretty much convinced you copy and pasted it, stuff I said above applies here too.
03:30:116 (210116|1,210116|2,210116|0) - Make one of these LNs start at 03:30:802 and end at 03:31:488 to represent the backwards buildup. Also, the start of this chord is no heavier than the previous LN jumps.
03:32:859 to 03:40:916 - All of the 1/2 notes here need to be removed because they're all ghost notes. There's absolutely no 1/2 rhythm playing in the background to warrant the notes. They're just put there to prevent the section from being too easy, but having an easy section in a hard difficulty isn't a bad thing, so just leave it to the few LNs mapped here instead.
03:41:088 (221088|2,221088|0,221088|1,221088|3) - These all need to end 1/2 beat earlier since all the sounds stop at 03:42:116 and the rest if reverb.
04:27:716 - Everything before this was just basically a copy and paste of the beginning, so whatever I said about the beginning applies there too. Anyways, here to the end is a far calmer part, yet you map it just as densely as the kiai's, which tend to be the most dense part of a song. Basically, what I'm saying is reduce the doubles to single notes for the normal synth in the background, and reduce triples to doubles to represent the piano chord.

Basically, the only thing you truly need to take out of this mod is the fact that in Mania, Copy + Paste is not your friend It leads to a repetitive map that isn't fun to play and rather unintuitive. I'd know this since I finished a full mod on a map that was only copy and pasted patterns from the beginning. I assure you it was 4 minutes of boring hell. So do try to rearrange your notes to make them different from other sections in terms of placement, while keeping the general structure the same.

01:59:259 (119259|0,119259|1) - Also, end these at easy to guess approximations. Ending them in 1/6 makes no sense since this song uses absolutely no compound timing, at least so far. All the notes are straight.
02:34:916 - Dude, did you just copy + paste this section from the previous one? The notes are pretty much the exact same placement. At least control H it or something to look different, or even better, just rearrange the notes to different positions since it's bland to play the exact same literal placement of notes maybe a minute or so after you just did that earlier in the song. Well, since I'm pretty much convinced you copy and pasted it, stuff I said above applies here too.
03:30:116 (210116|1,210116|2,210116|0) - Make one of these LNs start at 03:30:802 and end at 03:31:488 to represent the backwards buildup. Also, the start of this chord is no heavier than the previous LN jumps.
03:32:859 to 03:40:916 - All of the 1/2 notes here need to be removed because they're all ghost notes. There's absolutely no 1/2 rhythm playing in the background to warrant the notes. They're just put there to prevent the section from being too easy, but having an easy section in a hard difficulty isn't a bad thing, so just leave it to the few LNs mapped here instead.
03:41:088 (221088|2,221088|0,221088|1,221088|3) - These all need to end 1/2 beat earlier since all the sounds stop at 03:42:116 and the rest if reverb.
