First of all I must say that you need to rename all of your mania diffs with custom diff names. They should look like EZ NM HD HD+ (for example). That's an important thing if you are going to qualify this mapset.

00:05:216 (5216|3) - this long note is a bit hard for EZ diff with next going two simple notes here, I recommend you to replace it with single note too, it won't affect bad on the diff quality but will be easy enough for this diff

00:17:908 (17908|2) - I recommend you to move this note to 1st column, you can make a nice transition filling the 1st column (it was empty for last two tacts as I can see)

00:18:677 (18677|2) - three notes ending for EZ diff is too much, I suggest you to remove this note due to easiest diff in this mapset

00:04:639 - add a note for the cymbal. It's to be consistent with 00:04:062 - in terms of note counts. Also apply this mod at 00:05:216 - .

00:05:023 - very audible sound here. I suggest adding a note.

In HD, 1/4 is scattered and only used a little, whereas HD+ has full 2 measure long bursts of 1/4 and even includes 1/8 rolls, which are completely fine, but if a player were to try and go from HD to HD+, they would find themselves very ill prepared. My suggestion is to up the amount of 1/4 used in HD at places like 00:43:966 and 00:45:889 and 00:47:619 to name a few examples. This way, players are already somewhat familiar with how the 1/4 notes are used in this mapset, and be better able to play HD+.
