*drops mod and leaves*
Most of the stuff I generally write down here, I wrote in the box, so end of mod I guess. Good luck.[General]- + in difficulty names is unrankable, so change Cow's HD+ to MX
- HP of EZ is probably too low for the note to LN ratio, so increase it to ~7?
- OD of NM is too high for the low density of notes, so reduce it to ~7.
- I'd consider HP and OD ~7.5 for HD for close to the same reasons as above.
[EZ]
00:02:523 (2523|2) - This ends at 00:03:292
00:03:292 (3292|3) - and this ends at 00:03:869
00:05:216 (5216|3) - Make this an LN because it's the same brass sound as 00:04:639 (4639|1) End at 00:05:600
00:16:754 - 00:17:139 - I feel like not having notes here for the drum kicks breaks the flow and steady 1/1 rhythm you had here because it goes from 1/1 notes to a sudden 3/1 break when the music hasn't changed much except for the addition of a louder brass.
00:19:062 - 00:19:062 - Also, consider adding notes here for the drums to lead into the first verse of the song.
00:22:523 (22523|0,22523|2) - Remove a note because there's no crash here.
00:28:485 - Add a note in 3 for the kick?
00:30:600 - add a note here for the crash.
00:34:831 (34831|2,34831|1) - Remove note because there's no emphasis in the music here.
00:38:292 (38292|3) - I don't really see a reason for this to be jacked with 00:37:908 (37908|3) and also because you don't use any jacks elsewhere in the measure, so move this to 3?
[NM]
00:25:408 - Add a note here in 1 because you mapped the same sound as a double at 00:22:331
00:50:216 (50216|2,50408|3) - Why not try jacking these two notes together because they're the same kicks?
00:50:985 (50985|3,51177|2) - ^^
00:52:331 (52331|0,52427|1,52523|2) - I understand you're mapping to vocals here, but I think it'd be better to ignore the vocal here and use this roll to represent the drumroll at 00:52:716 because that's more what the player would expect, as opposed to vocal mapping.
00:55:119 (55119|3,55119|2,55889|2,55889|3) - I'd consider turning one of these notes into an LN ending at 00:55:408 - 00:56:177 - respectively for the trumpet.
[HD]00:10:216 (10216|3,10216|0,10216|2) - No need for a triple here if there's no emphasis in the music like a crash. I'll shut up about these now since I've been nagging you about it since the EZ diff XD
00:15:985 - Why isn't there a double here for the kick or whatever?
[HD+]00:36:754 (36754|1,37139|0) - I suggest control H and shifting to the left so the LN is in 4 and the note in 3. Then, move 00:36:658 (36658|0) to 2 Reason is because this kind of note placement for 1/8 is a little uncomfortable to hit because 00:36:369 (36369|3,36706|2,36754|3) the release of the LN, plus the note in 3 and then note in 4 makes it kind of like a one handed 1/8 minitrill.
00:53:773 (53773|1) - This is a ghost note, so remove?
00:53:485 (53485|0,53485|3,53869|0,53869|3) - Also, why are these doubles when the only sound they have are hihat clicks?
01:07:331 (67331|2,67331|3) - ^^
[General Comments and feedback]Alright, the only thing I'd really look out for is your difficulty gap between HD and HD+. I'm not saying that in terms of SR, but more about the rhythm and structure of each diff. In HD, 1/4 is scattered and only used a little, whereas HD+ has full 2 measure long bursts of 1/4 and even includes 1/8 rolls, which are completely fine, but if a player were to try and go from HD to HD+, they would find themselves very ill prepared. My suggestion is to up the amount of 1/4 used in HD at places like 00:43:966 and 00:45:889 and 00:47:619 to name a few examples. This way, players are already somewhat familiar with how the 1/4 notes are used in this mapset, and be better able to play HD+.
