This is good already, not really a mod but just my personal rants (on highest diff)

- are you sure the BPM is correct though? I thought it should be halved, but this works,so.. it's up to you
- why not use od 7.5 or lower? this song is kinda slow so 8 was a bit too much, again this is personal
- the same with HP: I would make it 6.x, (I'd say >=6.5 but not <=7), same reason as above

and one last thing: make the AR .5 pls

EDIT: as someone suggested above, why not change the artist name to something like

<<charactername>> (CV.<<seiyuuname>>)?
