oh, yeah, delete means that the sound of the notes is too weak, and add means that the sound is pretty loud / you use the same amount of notes for the same sound in the same difficulty before.

the part when i said that the sound is closer, i am talking about the pitch, but mostly it's not really go with the flow...
i can't test play yet, needs better headphones, and for part at 58", i don't know why i write it. looks like i am copying the wrong notes.

01:18:607, actualy, i heard bass ( or kicks, whatever ) sounds 3 times, but just like before, mostly i don't know which sound you used.

-delete the zip after that...
-AND KEEP THE "HITSOUND" diff , until the time its getting bubble, you are free to remove it when its going for bubble
but keep it for now... its going to be there for "REFERENCE" on how to efficiently hitsound...
and to demonstrating this tool >>> t/385832/start=0


you can listen to the hitsound diff with 100% effect and 75% volume to hear the hitsound clearly~







TIme to complete the hitsound :
15minutes listen to the song... again and again...
10minutes finding and making the hitsound matching to the song...
190minutes hitsound and making 1 hitsound diff...
3minutes to copy it to all of your 3 difficulty "perfectly"....

1.the hitsound is perfect
2.hitsound diff doesnt bother other difficulty at all, and why its still there?
its there for "hitsound consistency" , WHEN rival change note, add note, remove note, update diff, the hitsound will be different.

  1. How to remove hitsound from diff? Please repeat this step for all your difficulties (Pony, Hard, Normal)
    DO NOT DO THIS FOR HITSOUND DIFF! (Backup before you do this if you do this for the first time!)
    Open diff in editor
    Select all notes (CTRL+A)
    Edit -> Reset selected objects' samples
    File -> Open .osu in Notepad
    Exit diff in osu!editor
    In the notepad just opened, Find "//Storyboard Sound Samples"
    Remove everything between "//Storyboard Sound Samples" and "[TimingPoints]" but keep both of these quoted lines.
    Save notepad.
    Close notepad.
  2. The above steps remove all of the sample hitsounds in the notes as well as the storyboard.
Final Notes:
  1. To future modders:
    Please mod with effect volume set to 0%. Raika and I are perfecting the hitsounds. Right now, the hitsounds may not be perfect-- we might have ghost hitsounds and missing hitsounds, so you need to mod at 0% to make sure you are not misled by the incorrect hitsounds.
  2. To Rivals~~~
    Poke me when you finish modding and I'll teach you to use osu!MagiCopy so that you can copy the hitsounds yourself.

  1. How to remove hitsound from diff? Please repeat this step for all your difficulties (Pony, Hard, Normal)
    DO NOT DO THIS FOR HITSOUND DIFF! (Backup before you do this if you do this for the first time!)
    Open diff in editor
    Select all notes (CTRL+A)
    Edit -> Reset selected objects' samples
    File -> Open .osu in Notepad
    Exit diff in osu!editor
    In the notepad just opened, Find "//Storyboard Sound Samples"
    Remove everything between "//Storyboard Sound Samples" and "[TimingPoints]" but keep both of these quoted lines.
    Save notepad.
    Close notepad.
  2. The above steps remove all of the sample hitsounds in the notes as well as the storyboard.
Final Notes:
  1. To future modders:
    Please mod with effect volume set to 0%. Raika and I are perfecting the hitsounds. Right now, the hitsounds may not be perfect-- we might have ghost hitsounds and missing hitsounds, so you need to mod at 0% to make sure you are not misled by the incorrect hitsounds.
  2. To Rivals~~~
    Poke me when you finish modding and I'll teach you to use osu!MagiCopy so that you can copy the hitsounds yourself.

As conclusion, nice song with a nice beat, I enjoyed playing it, fix the problem with the notes unaligned on the beat and it should be ready for ranked

Unfortunately, we have decided to reject your mapset. There are a few reasons for this, but instead of giving the reasons explicitly, you can take this as a general mod as to what to improve on.

[General]
The main reason why we rejected the mapset is the song choice. Preferences aside, the song just doesn't provide much room for creativity to begin with. The hardest difficulty (Pony) had a couple of issues, but these issues are minor and there is not much that we can contribute to improve your mapset further.

I'll try to point out certain things about the mapset regardless, though you shouldn't expect too much because of the song itself. You also seem to have most of the bigger problems like layering down anyway.

[Pony]
Main issue with this chart is the underemphasis (and occasionally overemphasis, or simply lack of) on certain instrumentation.
I'll give you examples, I think a full mod would be excessive:
00:04:907 - These three notes should be doubles, especially if the sounds you've layered before it as singles are much fainter.
00:06:121 - I think these should be doubles as well. If you don't agree with this point (and maybe the point above), it's fine. I do want you to give the next point some thought though.
00:06:468 - These three sounds are distinctively different from 00:06:121 - , it's much softer and I don't think you can really use the same type of patterning for 6.468 and 6.121. You can use a one hand minitrill if you're not using doubles, perhaps? A one hand trill creates less emphasis than a two hand trill from my experience.
00:15:312 - This sound is very similar to 00:14:965 - . I think it would be better to capture that by moving this to [234] or [134] instead. Move 00:15:659 - to [12], for similar reasoning. It's distinctively different from the sound in 14.965.
00:17:046 - This shouldn't be the same chord as 00:16:699 - , the two sounds are very different. Try to use pitch relevancy for this, the latter sound is noticeably higher. This is also true for 00:17:393 - and 00:17:740 - .
00:20:601 - You have a roll pattern for this and 00:21:294 - . There's nothing necessarily wrong with it per se, but the drum sounds in 20.601 are noticeably more audible than the ones in 21.294. You can capture this by making 20.601 something like this for example. Just make sure that there is a noticeable pattern difference between 00:20:514 - and 00:21:294 - .
00:22:248 - Move this to [123], for pitch relevancy purposes.
00:57:451 - This piano roll is fine, but I do wonder why you decided to layer the piano roll now if you didn't layer the piano roll before. I don't think it would've made the patterns very congested (not to mention since the piano roll is so prominent whenever it occurs, it's usually better to capture it), so maybe try to layer the piano roll? It's fine if you don't to, though.
01:07:335 - Should be a double I think. The sound here is softer than 01:06:641 - , and the syllable in 01:06:641 - is more profound than the one in 01:07:335 - .
01:50:687 - Long notes are really unnecessary here, considering that the long notes in 01:46:699 - are so much more audible.
02:17:046 - Long notes are also unnecessary here, I think it's better to capture the vocals instead.
02:24:849 - This pattern is so clean considering how messy sounding the guitar is. Something like this would be nicer, I'd say.

These are just examples anyway, there's a good number of issues like this in the entire chart.

[Other comments]
The Hard difficulty is nice. You should pay more attention to pitch relevancy though. You tend to capture it at some points, but not in some others (e.g. 01:24:329 - ). The main complaint would probably be the LN layering in 01:50:687 - (similar to one of the points in the hardest difficulty) and the fact that you didn't capture the 1/4 gallops in 01:52:422 - and similar sections.

Also in regards to your Ano Hana ED map not being in the Special List, it's mainly because we felt that there's not much other people can really add on to the chart to improve it substantially. Hope this clears some confusion.

The current pattern already give nice drum emphasis (imo), This - 00:06:468 (6468|2,6555|1,6641|3,6641|2) - having the exact kind of noise like - 00:22:768 (22768|2,22855|1,22942|3,22942|2) -

It's fine if you don't to, though. Are you pointing the piano roll that comes from before the 1st kiai? If its so I disagree, This section you mentioned also have drum roll. The piano noise could actually mapped in 1/8 but it is too hard so i decided to map the drum roll instead
01:07:335 - Should be a double I think. The sound here is softer than 01:06:641 - , and the syllable in 01:06:641 - is more profound than the one in 01:07:335 - . Consider this, both section you mentioned having the same amount of instrument even though the vocal is more softer but that wasn't a big deal, right?
01:50:687 - Long notes are really unnecessary here, considering that the long notes in 01:46:699 - are so much more audible. Technically - 01:50:687 - LN are audible in 100% playback as BG guitar, it doesn't audible in lower playback because the noise are "Fragmented to pieces"
02:17:046 - Long notes are also unnecessary here, I think it's better to capture the vocals instead.
02:24:849 - This pattern is so clean considering how messy sounding the guitar is. Something like this would be nicer, I'd say.

These are just examples anyway, there's a good number of issues like this in the entire chart.

[Other comments]
The Hard difficulty is nice. You should pay more attention to pitch relevancy though. You tend to capture it at some points, but not in some others (e.g. 01:24:329 - ). The main complaint would probably be the LN layering in 01:50:687 - (similar to one of the points in the hardest difficulty) and the fact that you didn't capture the 1/4 gallops in 01:52:422 - and similar sections.

But I should remind you that to make the gameplay better, try to look out for more 1 1 1 2 note streams.
You have done these 1 1 1 2 notes and its great but these are some that are missing. Just follow like your Hard difficulty, but don't make it really stacky, All you need do is add an extra notes for the stronger beat thats it.

Do you understand? I'm afraid I talked really strange or confusing.

I should reply to this few days ago lol, I've been away from my laptop

Some of the section has weak synth which is i dont feel really worthy yo be mapped (thats why some parts are missing) for examples is - 01:12:037 - and - 01:12:384 - , while in hard i tend to map that noise for consistency in kiai part.

imo it doesnt really break the flow so bad, some players still can perfectly catch the rhythm tho. (as can be seen in my ranked tv size map which is have the similar pattern like this)

There are several places, especially in Pony, where I couldn't hear the sound that you were mapping. I didn't point them out because it seemed like it was on purpose. Most likely it's a really quiet sound that I can't hear... but it's important to keep in mind that if one layer is much louder than the other, it might not be intuitive for the player if you map both layers.

Short check, but I don't have much 4k experience. Seems a simple but competent map with plenty of mods already. o/

Overall: I think the difficulty is too constant, there's not a huge contrast between the easiest and hardest parts of the song. I would either make the kiai harder and other parts easier. Overall it does not really engage the player that much, compared to adding more contrast, but other than that, I found the map pretty fun to play.
I spent more than 20 mins modding this diff, so I might mod the other difficulties once I get the chance :)

  3. 01:08:742 and 01:09:089 Cut because of AiMod? For me, it's senseless because both has only 2 lengths in one kiai time. In a chorus, there are approximate 4 lengths so suggest to delete these both. These methods is only used if the chorus has more than 4 lengths. Also consider this on 02:05:621 and 02:05:968
  4. 02:38:569 What's the use of this timing point? I saw audio and hitsounds are the same.
