About both taikos... dunno if they're going for approval or not, according to Rokodo's Taiko guidelines (combo limit 999 blahblahblah).

01:32:098: Make the 6th combo (red) part of the next combo (purple). It really doesn't matter if you change it or not. Thing is that you kept your combos consistant with the beats of the song in the beginning, keep the consistancy going. O:
03:27:724: Beats 5 and 6 look kind of sloppy. The positioning seems like they were just placed there randomly. o-o You have a formation of a line for beats 1-4 but then your beats 5 and 6 are just... plopped beside them. Then you have beat 7 which is on the line again. If you understand what I mean. o-o If i were you, I'd place beat 5 around x:256, y:328 and beat 6 around x:256, y:48. Throughout your beatmap, you use patterns of symmetrical placements. The beats were just surprising to see.

[Lunatic]:
0:58:412: Make beat 1 (red) as beat 6 from the combo before (purple).
03:21:570: Maybe make beat 6 a new combo with beat 7?

[Unknown]: First of all, so ... intense... and I can't really mod that since I'm not used to the intense osu standard! beatmaps. o-o

I don't think this metronome reset is perfect. If you can checked my diff properly, I set metronome reset for my diff. I guess some of mine need to be fixed, but not exactly like this. (Due to resetting timing sections, exact time might be differ by 1-2 ms.)

01:36:754 (Offset 96754, BPM 205, TS 4/4) --> Metronome should reset in 01:36:461, not 01:36:754, so I guess we should use 3/4 96461. Due to this, reseting metronome in 01:39:095 to 4/4 is required.
03:25:970 (Offset 205970, BPM 205, TS 3/4) --> Agree with this one itself, but due to that we have misplaced barline in 03:29:481. (Don't forget that barlines actually appears in Taiko mode.) In order to remove that I think we need to set another red timing section in 03:28:603 with 4/4.
03:29:628 (Offset 209628, BPM 205, TS 4/4) --> Agree with this one.
03:49:969 (Offset 229969, BPM 205, TS 4/4) --> I don't know exact musical term in English but sometimes empty first beats appears. Yeah I mean that is for this case. so 230115 4/4 will be suitable. (We have very similar part in this song, check 01:41:290 and see were is barlines.)
03:53:335 (Offset 233335, BPM 205, TS 4/4) --> Agree with this.

That is due to different timing sections between diffs. It will be snapped after we fixed everything, so no need to fix it now. (It's already snapped in my diff.)
Taiko specific BG isn't mandatory, and I don't really interested in adding one, to be honest. But if someone make that, I won't refuse.

Yeah I always consider barlines when I map cause in Taiko they appear when playing Taiko maps.

Timing changed.
Lepidopodus audio volumen is just 65%, you should change this.
Normaly I would do it allready for you, but don't know what you are using normaly lepidopodus.

02:23:787 - you could add some more beats in this break, feels weird to have the first stream at 02:22:412 (4,5,6,7) - mapped, but to have nothing after that...

02:43:083 (2) - remove clap from end and...
02:43:522 (3) - add it to the begin to fix the correct clap pattern.

02:44:692 (1) - add clap...

and if you want to whine about stuff like "those hitsounds are part of my style", well then I've gotta say, what counts for hitsounds is no style or anything, it's the music you're mapping

TL;DR fix your damn hitsounds.

No. Sometimes mapping according the music makes them suck. For example there 03:29:630 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2, etc )
But i fixed some of your suggestions. Added hit normal.

Anyway hitsounds were in progress, it was not really needed to mod them.

Anyway, going over today's standards, you need an extra CTB diff, two extra Taiko diffs (Muzukashii and Oni, since the both present are Inner Oni level) and the source should be 東方Project

New stuff that applies to this map:
1. you can omit the Taiko from the Taiko Oni diffnames because there are clear icons on the website indicating what kind of difficulties they are
2. According to Demetori's website the title of this song is

Romanised: U.N.Owen wa Kanojo nanoka?
(not 100% sure about how spaces and the nanoka are handled so you should probably doublecheck this with a native)
unless you can find Demetori translating the song title somewhere translating the title to another language goes against the following thing in the following things in the Ranking Criteria:

Songs with Japanese titles must use the Modified Hepburn method of romanisation in the "Romanised Title" field. As a non-unicode field, long vowels such as "おう" and "うう" should be romanised into "ou" and "uu" to avoid macrons. Loan words should be expressed using romanisation from the original language.

(since the official thing on Demetori's website is japanese only)

Do not alter the song's title. This includes adding any marker to describe the cut of the song such as "Short Ver.", "TV Size" and so forth unless those markers are part of the official song title as listed by a reputable source.

(since translating the title to english is also altering)
And the thing that Raiden said about the source (you could also source the actual game the original song is from iirc, but i suppose you'll just go for 東方Project)

Your map is arguably very old, however, it has remained untouched for a very long time. You can not expect to return to this mapset after abandoning it for more than a year and expect the old rules to apply to it. I had nothing to do with almost whole mapset, since every difficulty has been fully mapped excluding only lowest difficulty in mapset. Though it was fully mapped but had no hitsounds. Today i've finished hitsounding it, so there you go, we have a full standard mapset.

Anyways it does not matter at all, since osu! policies have changed. So let's try to find taiko mappers

Finished sooner than expected. Though, I will check it one more time of course. But current configuration of my new Oni should be fine. Better pattern structure than the old one and makes the spread between Inner and Muzu better.

Additional to this, I did some important changes in lepidopodu's difficulty by my own, which of course, I will inform him about:

01:39:095 - Deleted the SV multiplier of x2.0 since it is rather random dispite the fact how the guitar goes. At first I thought it is a bug, but seems like lepi did that intention back then. lol
02:30:607 (11) - Changed to a normal k since having finishers at the beginning of a stream is always dangerous since it breaks the flow - even though it is 1/3.
02:57:424 (7,8) - and 02:59:034 - Sound very off and comes out of the sudden. I didn't change it on my own, but I will contact lepi about it.
03:07:375 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - A restruction of these pattern might be not bad, as the kat sound random. At least I don't see a connection to anything here?
03:47:776 (36) - Extended with 1/16 to avoid broking slider.
03:48:361 - Same about SV x2.00 like before.
04:12:068 - Removed unnecessary timelines.

Why is somthing items in Oni are difference with other difficulty.
1. Preferred Skin: Only this is setted taiko skin.
2. Tags: Need to add Nwolf's username
3. Timing: 03:50:117
normal-hitclap2.wav should be removed because that is not used now.

There are skinning rules for when you use a skin on a certain map and you have to complete certain sets depending on the skin you use, I'm afraid you got incomplete sets, so you better ask someone who knows about this since I'm not an expert on that field uwu I recently saw Wafu on a post about that, so he would be one of the right people to ask~

Almost everything has been fixed. The only exception is this:

- 04:13:239 (4,5,6) - You can make a symmetric pattern out of this, y'know, if you want, cuz you like symmetry, don't you? lol

I don't like the symmetry

I have no idea what's wrong with easy and normal diffiuclties, i find them absolutely alright, the gap is fine for me, but let's give a double check anyways.
I'll try to figure out what's with skin and difficulty gap stuff, thank you ezek very much!

Edit:

if the rules will say that i must use completed set of TouHou skin, then i'll delete it for sure

EDIT 2:

Deleted the spinner skin elements. But i've left completed set of cursor (which contains only 2 files)

Regarding skin sets: play-skip.png doesn't belong to any sets thus it can be used solo. About cursor: having only cursor.png and cursortrail.png is totally fine since these are basic files used for cursor. When cursormiddle.png is not present, it doesn't even appear, and can be ignored. cursor-smoke.png may be shown in wiki as part of cursor skinset, but it's not a part of actual cursor, and only appears when special trigger is pressed, so it can be ignored too, it doesn't break the cursor.

Louis Cyphre requested me to check if the skin is okay. cursormiddle.png is missing, but not required as it is something that changes behaviour of cursortrail to make a trail rather than stack with the cursor. I personally find the trail a bit more better as it makes it easier to not get eyes off the cursor, but still not necessary. cursor-smoke.png might be missing too, it's questionable if it is required or not as that is possible to mix with player's skin if the player is using some messed up cursor. I would recommend adding that just to avoid some mixing (cursormiddle is fine to omit as it doesn't mix with player's skin, cursor-smoke mixes), that avoids only people who use intentionally ruined skins, but still doesn't hurt to include the default to avoid that. Apart from that, no mixing should occur.

tl;dr cursor-smoke is questionable and you should add it just for sake of avoiding mixing. cursormiddle is not required as it doesn't mix with player's skin.

I checked all difficulties once again and if you ask me, all three are ready for qualification. lepidopodu's diff has just one pattern I wasn't sure about, but it isn't that problematic at all and actually follows the guitar, so yeah. There's that. Last thing I would please you Louis is to add this BG into my beatmap. You know, I like to have "OnosakiHito" on a BG.

So yeah, it's up to the osu!-BNs by now wether they believe me or not. I could ask a Taiko BN, but since we are a bit short in people, it might take quite some time for confirmation. But I really see no big issue here, so yeah.

Feels awkward like how it is now imo~ It is also inconsistent since other surrounding sliders on the timeline have the clap sound on the tail~
02:35:290 (4) - What about adding a curve that blankets with (5) to spice up aesthetics? like this. Besides, the previous three sliders were just straight, so this would add variety~
