This sets up a nice jump to match the piano at 00:23:210 (3,4,5) – by stacking 00:23:210 (3,1) – and probably making a square pattern.
00:36:424 (3) – The change in pitch within the slider to me says you want to make flow within the slider instead of keeping it smooth. It doesn't fit with the design of surrounding patterns, but try something like this:
