I just want to make the songs grey on the song select screen. How can I do that? I'm not a weeb and I just wanna play a fun rhythm game. Can I get a link to that program? I've heard of it and thought this'd be the best place to ask.

I wouldn't bother trying to change them with a program like that, I think that would be too risky.
And wouldn't it just become tedious when you get new beatmaps? You'd have to run the program (or change the background manually) every time you download one if you're doing the whole 'I don't want weeb backgrounds.' route.
Just stick with using background dim at 100% for when you're actually playing the beatmaps.
