I’m going to start skinning again. But a problem I have is some sizes for the elements. Mostly the selection mode.png. Can somebody give me the exact dimensions/Size of,

Selection mode
Warning arrow
Comboburts
And other things.

There's no set sizes for any of those elements. If it helps you, there's this, which details all you really need to know about each element. You can also look at other skins for canvas sizes and choose whatever fits you best.

Don't know about bursts but everything else (most of it) is 1:1 not like 1:1 for 1080p but 1:1 for 768p (not @2x)

If you will make your pause bg 1366x768 (SD) it will cover whole 16:9 screen on any res
