ちょっと気になった点を2つ。。。自分の意見なので参考程度に聞いて頂けたらなと思います。

一つ目
曲に心地よいドラム音がみられるのでsoft音とnormal音を交互に？（静かな部分はsoft音・ ドラム音が入ってる場所や盛り上がりの所はnormal音）使い分けると良いと個人的ですが思いました。

二つ目
曲が良い所で終わってしまっているのでちょっと残念でした

Alright let's see what I can find.

General:
Rename the source to "Touhou". remove "FELT and flower flag" flower flag is the title of the song and why is FELT there?
re-snap the green lines unless you have a reason why it's unsnapped. that goes for the kiai times as well.
For the 1st kiai start it at 01:03:949 because that's when the singer raises her voice and end it at 01:27:949 because of the long pauses.
the 2nd kiai should start 02:18:949. same reason as above and end it at 02:42:949. same reason as above.
Since R a i n's name is spaced out, add R_a_i_n in the tags because if you search up R a i n without the underscore no results will show up.

Easy:
why is the beat snap at 1/1? it looks like some sliders are unsnapped and are at the red ticks
i think it'd look better if the spacing is set to either 0.8 or 1.0 because the slightly hidden circles are easy to see and not clumped up.
00:10:324 - remove the break since the normal diff doesn't have 1.
00:12:949 (1) - i think it'd sound nice if you can add a finish at the beginning.
00:40:699 (4) - instead of putting it beside the end of the previous slider, how about stacking it on (2) so that it'd make a nice blanket around (1,3)
00:54:199 (1) - extend it to the next red tick or by 1 tick to follow vocals accurately.

Since this is a touhou song, re-name it to "Lunatic"?

00:33:761 (4,5) - hmm these sliders can look the same as the other. it's a lot nicer during gameplay.

Remove the countdown from all difficulties that have it. It doesn't show up anyways.
Remove letterboxing from all difficulties! The transition from the SB picture to the normal BG during the break at 01:35:449 looks ugly with letterboxing.
Make the kiai times the same on each difficulty.
I'm not sure, but your offset seems a tad late. -3 to -5 on the offset should work better.
Capitalize "touhou" in the source.
Remove "touhou" from tags as it is already in the source.
