I am looking for decent skins while playing background dim at 100%. All the skins I have are pretty dark and I cannot find any ones that I like the play with! please suggest me some thank you!!!

I would suggest you to take a look at the skins the top player use.
You also could check out the Completed Skin Subforum with nearlly 200 hundreds skins from the past years.
The skin I normally use is my own skin, Cleart Futuristic Miku.
