The audio seems a bit quiet - I had to turn up my game to double the volume to play. If you can, consider editing the audio file to be louder or find a louder version.
I think the first beat lands on 00:00:799 so the thick white lines in game should appear at 00:07:196, 00:08:795, 00:10:394, 0:11:993, etc
Upon further inspection, your timing point seems to be off by a lot - I changed it to 150bpm and resnapped stuff here https://puu.sh/yj9iD/deceb5a1a3.osz

Note that the timing snaps i use in the rest of the mod are based on the new timing points
I think there is some inconsistent choice in using an extra note to follow the drums in places
suggested change:
00:11:584 extra note where there isn't a drum
00:12:250 missing note where there is a drum
00:24:384 extra note where there isn't a drum
00:25:050 missing note where there is a drum
00:31:184 missing note where there's a little bobbing noise - you even put an extra note here right at the start when there is no bobbing noise
pretty much the same thing but less
00:12:250 add another note
00:15:450 and here
00:25:050 move the note in column 3 down to here? (from 00:25:184)

00:15:984 the notes here don't make a nice repeating pattern like the others to fit the guitar :(

I'll start off by saying that the SVs look really nice, and I don't really think they need anything changed about them overall owob good job

00:08:795 (8795|0,9061|3) - I see here t hat you likely did this to extend that first LN to the beginning of the second but it would likely be better to move the first LN to column 4 to hold PR

00:15:191 (15191|0,15191|1) - For this note I'm not sure if it needs a double, since your idea from before seems to have a double each time the drum hits, but here it's just the guitar. Would suggest removing 2 so that the minijack stays but also isn't a jump

00:19:189 (19189|0,19456|3,19989|3) - These LNs are a bit weird (and I'm being picky here) but you could probably move the first LN highlighted to 4 and then the other two to 1 for PR purposes

00:20:788 (20788|2) - Whichever you choose I'd suggest keeping this one in the same column as the preceding LNs for PR

00:27:985 (27985|1,27985|3) - This note gets the same mod as before

00:30:783 - Same here

Woops I have no business here anymore but be careful in the future with suggestions like this (this goes for both civ and asriel here), because 0.01x SVs aren't technically supposed to be used in maps, since they can cause minor issues with the .osu (and they just default back to 0.1x SVs in-game anyways (This is true for any SV < 0.1x)). Just wanted to throw that out there for the sake of supplying information

Saying this reminded me that I never actually looked at the numbers you used for SVs, and only really focused on the effect they gave off, so if you used anything lower than 0.1x its probably a good idea to just change them so that they are 0.1x (it won't have any effect on your map)
