The slider just gradually appears after the second slider is hit. You shouldn't misread if you don't rush.

What you have in your screenshot is a lot weaker for the player to play than what I have.
03:00:834 (1) - place this somewhere closer to the other notes, or at least make it obvious that its a continuing note. theres gonna be alot of people misreading this. - it is NC'd to indicate that it is slowing down. All the slowdown sliders follow the same direction as a good cue for that
03:16:303 (1) - ctrl g? lands more comfortably with 03:16:068 (10,1) - and the movement from 1 to 2 gets weaker and lacks impact as a whole.

As for the romanisation, once again, it is rather complicated as 水月やまと (Suigetsu Yamato) also uses another name "YMTo" in roman letters:

Just to be sure, I wouldn't use "YMTo" but the actual transcription of "水月やまと" just to be accurate and consistent for the artist name.
As for the song's name,"風神少女" is the Japanese translation of "Wind God Girl' which is used by ZUN for the OST so it makes sense to have "Wind God Girl" as the romanisation ("Wind God Girl" being the offcial name of the original song):
Therefore, I believe you should use the following romanisation:

  • Artist: Suigetsu Yamato
    Title: Wind God Girl (Suigetsu Yamato remix) - Playful Tengu
("天狗の遊び心" was translated to "Playful Tengu" as if "風神少女" is translated, it makes absolutely no sense to have "天狗の遊び心" transcribed; consistency).

You should probably get opinions from the QAT (from IamKwaN if possible) if you want to make sure your metadata is ok for qualification. This is probably the hardest metadata check I ever came across haha.

01:10:678 (3,4,5,6,1) - Regarding this as a pattern which is quite advanced, I think this isn't suitable for an easy diff, especially because the song isn't that outstanding to warrant this here. Could you replace some objects for a slider to easen it up?
02:23:803 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Well.. at least the music is well represented here.
03:20:053 - 2 sliders don't really represent that special kind of sound very well, to easen up the difficulty as well I suggest a 1/2 repeater slider to fix both representation as well as difficulty issue.
03:21:928 (1) - Rotate a little bit to the right to fix the blanket as well, inb4 no blanket intended

Just a general comment, noticed this while modding. While the diff per se is solid, it's pretty boringly made with the ressources you actually have here. It would've been really cool if you 02:01:303 (1) - used some different slider shapes in this part, considering that the song is very different here - maybe some red dot sliders would really do the trick. Personal preference though, thought that I'd still share my opinion. Edit: I just saw you did it 02:55:678 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - .. maybe you'll still find something to spice that first part up.

01:29:896 (5) - a NC would definitely fit here, I don't think it'd become too unreadable or anything.
02:41:615 (1,2,3) - How are those stacks justified? I don't quite see the logic here.

02:55:678 (1) - That's just a really weird concept you have here and I don't understand why you didn't use edgy sliders like you did in hard here. Would fit SO much better.

I don't dislike the hard, but I think it has a concept flaw as of where you've used which kind of slider.. maybe you want to look into that again.

It's a completely other type of sound here, but the speed upremians (even tho less) and the slider shapes on top of that. I've expected sooome more logic out of that.. 02:11:615 (3,4) - the random edges here also appear really off to me, as you always seemed liek someone who pays a lot of attention to these kind of things, haha. Obviously, the placement is neat and all, but it can follow the song better.

Extending the slider actually fails to represent the repeated held sounds since the player won't actually be holding for the first one that starts.

02:25:912 (2) - tbh would be cool to delete - there's a tick that you can hear. Not mapping it would make less sense. It has to be a circle since the whole section is following the melody

03:08:099 (2,3,1) - seems excessively large for a 1/4 jump considering the size of the other ones - considering the skillset needed to play this map. Spikes like these shouldn't pose a problem. Plus one of the main focus of the second half is the surprise factor of the song mixing up a lot so the patterns should too.
03:26:146 (3,1) - same tbh - the sounds come out of nowhere, the jumps come out of nowhere. This movement isn't an issue.

An extended slider wouldn't fit since 01:57:553 (1) - is not an extended slider. It's adding unnecessary elements to something that is already refined.
