00:42:941 (1,2,1,2,3) – I'm concerned that this rhythm is too complicated for someone just starting the game (which wouldn't be an issue if there was an Easier difficulty), but other than that this is a well made map.

[Advanced]

00:09:804 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) – Stacks change from 1/1 stacks to ½ stacks and back very frequently that it's challenging to read. It's debatable whether it's appropriate to have stacks like this in this difficulty, but regardless of that, the section becomes challenging because of these stacks. You have to ask yourself “how does making this map challenging in this way reflect the music?” and I find that this is a calm section of the song that does not need this challenge, so I suggest avoiding this confusing stacking.
This applies to any other stacking issues that might be in the map.

00:11:765 (1,2) – Due to auto-stacking, the DS is about 1.3, and I don't like that it's not 1.2. It'd be nice if it were 1.2.

00:21:176 (1) –The beat at 00:21:568 – is more important than the ¼ note at 00:21:274 (2) - . Try making this a ½ reverse slider.

00:22:157 (3,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) – I don't think overlapping always looks poor, but there's a lot of inconsistencies in your overlapping that makes it look odd or random. 00:22:157 (3,1,2) – are kind of weak overlaps (and weak overlaps generally don't look amazing) where as 00:23:921 (4,5,2) – overlaps more boldly. 00:23:921 (4,1) – overlaps weakly but 00:23:921 (4,2) – overlaps strongly. 00:28:823 (4,1) – overlaps weakly and different from any earlier overlaps, where as 00:28:823 (4,2) – overlaps stronger, but not as strong as 00:29:608 (2,1) - . There's no connection between your aesthetics, so it looks odd. I'm tempted to say this needs to be remapped.
There are other poor looking overlaps in the map like 00:44:510 (4,7) - , check the map for more areas of improvement

00:36:470 (8,1) – blanket better?

00:56:862 (1) – be careful about your positioning. It's currently overlapping the score HUD (on lower screen sizes). It'd be nice if it wasn't

01:02:744 (3,2) – overlap seemed a bit odd. Not terrible, but was really expecting the ends to stack, so if you could get that to work that'd be nice. For instance, you could rotate (2) 15 degrees counterclockwise and then stack and you preserve the same DS from (1).

01:15:882 (4,1) – Find a pattern that supports making this a jump?

01:17:450 (4,1) – (1) is a strong note, but the spacing is only kind of strong. I would like it if it were bigger.

00:47:744 (4,1) – I'm pretty concerned about this jump. ¼ jumps are tricky, and this one is big enough that I think a lot of players will find it too big a difficulty spike. Try putting (1) at 244, 202 to make a triangle with 00:46:666 (2,1) -

01:01:568 (1,1) – Imo, these don't really look good. The blanket is really cramped and so the overlap is displeasing.

01:03:333 (7,1,2) – The beginning of the chorus felt a little weak in terms of spacing (on a sidenote, it's funny how I was going to recommend an SV increase in the chorus. It felt like it had the same SV as 00:23:333 (4) - . I think this is because the SV increases just before the chorus makes the SV of the chorus feels relatively weak, and thus weak overall). I think you could strengthen the chorus by making this circular pattern a little bigger like: http://puu.sh/uSn7a/1f9e3c3c30.jpg . However, maybe I didn't like the spacing because I thought 01:03:921 (2) – was a strong note yet was weak compared to the spacing into 01:03:529 (1) - , which is just a natural part of the pattern you're going for. It could be that doing a different elegant pattern could work, but idk.

01:28:038 (4) – NC?

It's really hard for me to give feedback on this because I'm not the target audience who enjoys ¼ jumps, but I'd like to try to be helpful anyway.

00:00:000 (1,2,1,2,1,1,1) – With the current amount of ¼ spacing throughout the map, I really think you should increase the spacing of this stream because this is a high energy introduction of the song, and having this low of a spacing creates a false expectation of the level of engagement the player is going to receive from ¼ notes.

00:01:176 (2,3,1) – I found this to be one of the most intense patterns in the map, and I don't think this part of the music is one of the most intense parts of the song.

01:01:960 (1) – As a player who is good at large spacing (well, thinks he's good at large spacing), the chorus wasn't really too difficult, so it felt less engaging then some of the weaker moments of the song. That's not a bad thing because I'm not the target audience, but it is important because it shows you are assuming that your audience is both highly skilled at ¼ jumps AND not great at large ½ spacing. This seems like a narrow audience, but still, if you ever find yourself making decisions on spacing or ¼ jumps, make sure you keep that in mind. This makes a pattern like 00:04:509 (3,1) – controversial to me. You either admit your audience is good at spacing so there is no difficulty spike here but have a weak chorus later, or you admit your audience is bad at spacing and have a fine chorus but a crazy difficulty spike earlier. I guess this is pinned on the assumption that the chorus is a strong part of the song that deserves relatively strong mapping, but I do think that's what you should shoot for.

01:06:862 (3) – this note has stronger emphasis in the spacing than 01:07:058 (1) - . I think 01:07:058 (1) – is the stronger note in the music, so I didn't enjoy the pattern. I get that you want to go for a nice design, but the current design has this real cost of bad spacing, and I don't think any design is worth an issue like that. Find a way to fix this issue or do something else.

If I were a BN, I wouldn't bubble it because I am not confident about the ¼ jumps and their composition, but that's why I'm not a BN (also because of the overlaps in Advanced). Good luck!

之前聽朋友說有被你找來test play這張，~~雖然那是幾個星期前的事了~~，於是我就來看看了

00:04:705 (3,4) - 不知道這個距離是不是本來就希望玩家按一下dash... 00:03:921 (1,2,3,4,5) - 這邊都是一個鐘聲按一次dash，但是3-4的距離會讓我多按一次，感覺就破壞了這邊的節奏，縮小到讓人不會想按dash的距離(?) 比較好

00:33:529 (5,1,2,3,4,5) - 這邊聽起來有漸弱的感覺，所以這裡的跳也改成漸漸縮小距離如何

01:01:176 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - 這裡的紅果給的速度太快，但是後面的串距離又不夠開，容易害人飛過頭，不太好打啊。把跳改小一點或是跳之後的串拉開一點距離吧

01:12:940 (1,2) - 這個跳我覺得是多的，而且還會打亂後面01:13:136 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - 整串的節奏感，把01:12:744 (6,7,1) - 改成大概像這樣試試看?

01:16:862 (5,6,7,1) - 怎麼說呢...這裡好像是想和01:04:313 (4,5,6,1,2,3) - 一樣做成對稱的跳，但是卻只做了一半的樣子? 再加上這邊兩句是重複的台詞，做成不同的跳雖然還是能玩，但是打過那段之後會有一種莫名其妙的感覺。

It's debatable whether it's appropriate to have stacks like this in this difficulty, but regardless of that, the section becomes challenging because of these stacks. You have to ask yourself “how does making this map challenging in this way reflect the music?” and I find that this is a calm section of the song that does not need this challenge, so I suggest avoiding this confusing stacking.
This applies to any other stacking issues that might be in the map.

00:11:765 (1,2) – Due to auto-stacking, the DS is about 1.3, and I don't like that it's not 1.2. It'd be nice if it were 1.2.

00:21:176 (1) –The beat at 00:21:568 – is more important than the ¼ note at 00:21:274 (2) - . Try making this a ½ reverse slider.

There's no connection between your aesthetics, so it looks odd. I'm tempted to say this needs to be remapped.
There are other poor looking overlaps in the map like 00:44:510 (4,7) - , check the map for more areas of improvement

It felt like it had the same SV as 00:23:333 (4) - . I think this is because the SV increases just before the chorus makes the SV of the chorus feels relatively weak, and thus weak overall). It's really hard for me to give feedback on this because I'm not the target audience who enjoys ¼ jumps, but I'd like to try to be helpful anyway.

00:00:000 (1,2,1,2,1,1,1) – With the current amount of ¼ spacing throughout the map, I really think you should increase the spacing of this stream because this is a high energy introduction of the song, and having this low of a spacing creates a false expectation of the level of engagement the player is going to receive from ¼ notes.

00:01:176 (2,3,1) – I found this to be one of the most intense patterns in the map, and I don't think this part of the music is one of the most intense parts of the song.

01:01:960 (1) – As a player who is good at large spacing (well, thinks he's good at large spacing), the chorus wasn't really too difficult, so it felt less engaging then some of the weaker moments of the song. That's not a bad thing because I'm not the target audience, but it is important because it shows you are assuming that your audience is both highly skilled at ¼ jumps AND not great at large ½ spacing. This seems like a narrow audience, but still, if you ever find yourself making decisions on spacing or ¼ jumps, make sure you keep that in mind. This makes a pattern like 00:04:509 (3,1) – controversial to me. You either admit your audience is good at spacing so there is no difficulty spike here but have a weak chorus later, or you admit your audience is bad at spacing and have a fine chorus but a crazy difficulty spike earlier. I guess this is pinned on the assumption that the chorus is a strong part of the song that deserves relatively strong mapping, but I do think that's what you should shoot for. nope, it has been a trend to map pp maps for easier reading and pp, however, map like this is what we call quality mapping since it balance out the creativity and playability. there are tons of players like this type of mapping better. and reading is always a skill that gets ignored by new players and new maPPers. It is also the reason that Cookiezi said DT maps aren't really difficult and no fun, they are just too simple to hit the beat but not really present the music well.

01:06:862 (3) – this note has stronger emphasis in the spacing than 01:07:058 (1) - . I think 01:07:058 (1) – is the stronger note in the music, so I didn't enjoy the pattern. I get that you want to go for a nice design, but the current design has this real cost of bad spacing, and I don't think any design is worth an issue like that. Find a way to fix this issue or do something else. nope and again you interpret it wrongly. the intensity does not work as you stated. another interpretation will be trying to present it in mania, and you will find out that vocal almost never serves as an intense part of the music. I am not saying you are wrong, but there is more than one way to interpret the music.

If I were a BN, I wouldn't bubble it because I am not confident about the ¼ jumps and their composition, but that's why I'm not a BN (also because of the overlaps in Advanced). Good luck! If you are experienced mapper or QAT, you might be happy to promote more of these quality maps instead of pp maps.

Not much to mention just bit too much 1/4 in this diff if you ask me, especially when there is no EZ diff in this mapset. You can change to double for the last sound, or use 1/2 jacks to build up the intensity instead of following the actually 1/4 which in my opinion it's not only hard for this diff but also unnecessary

If you can't tell the correct snap for the synth sound, then just look at the snare drum (which you used double for it), the snare drum is clearly laid on 1/8, and i don't think there will be 2 different snap for synth sound and snare drum

uhmm... if you mean the snares at 01:01:437 - 01:01:502 - 01:01:568 - , they are clearly 1/6 lol I am pretty sure

01:01:437 (2,3) - Should be separated from 01:01:567 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - cuz technically speaking current pattern is emphasizing 01:01:437 (2) - instead of 01:01:567 (4) - which the latter is a lot more prominent

01:12:940 - You can add one note more here, it has finish sound as what you put double for it, or you can just add W hitsound. (only this part has not double when F and W are appeared at the same time.)

Only normal diff has one note, even last diff has not. There is not any intention, no heavy drum or melody line. I think that is a mistake when he was doing copy paste the last chorus. It's obviously a problem tho?

Up to the muu whether or not they want to fix this, but if you do, I'd also like to point out that 01:09:705 - is present in the HD but not the NM despite the NM having consistently mapped the 1/4 triplets for the percussion.

Quick little note as well, I feel like the jump in spread from NM to HD may be a bit large at certain points, mostly transitions involving 1/4 bursts cause the NM goes from 1/1 to 1/4 without much in between to serve as a precursor. Some examples
00:03:038 - 00:06:274 -

00:21:176 -

00:40:784 - 00:47:058 - 01:24:705 - Bit of a rougher area which is what concerns me most is a 1/1 to 1/4 jump

01:12:940 - Sort of similar to the above but not quite. There's some 1/4 triplet use which is already introduced in the normal, but I just feel like using an LN in the NM kind of underrepresents the percussion that's leading into the second chorus.

Regardless, I think the way the map is currently is fine, but there are a few small things that could be improved, but not enough to really make that big of a difference.

I'm here to take the Mapset down. Muu-chan did not reply yet to the Mods of Lulu and Prot and i want to give her more time for it before it get's ranked soon.
However, i looked into the Mods and i find the point's which got raised valid.

I also will drop a Mod for the Normal difficulty soon (within the next 24h). It's just pretty late right now.

Hello! Here i am again!

Like i said, 24h later. Okay let's get right into it

[Muu's NM]

Okay so my complain goes from 01:01:960 - to 01:24:705 - . Basically the whole kiai section.

My problem is that it is mapped incredibly monotonous. It's all the time 1/2 spam with some 1/4 pattern between. You seem to not pay focus on any kind of emphasis. I have the feeling that you run out of ideas.

I would like to give some suggestions how to improve the section to make it more exciting. To give it more the feeling like actually playing the music.

Let's start here. 01:04:705 - The vocals give you the perfect opportunity to bring in some kind of variety after already some sec of 1/2 spam. Why not trying something like

The LNs follow the vocal's pretty good, i intentionally put them as 1-2-3 and 2-3-4 because the vocal has pretty much the same pitch. Which give a better feeling while playing them.

01:09:999 - Removing this Note give the player a little break. The singer takes here a breath and the next note, means 01:10:195 (70195|3) - is a very lout snare. By removing this you also put more emphasis on exactly this note which flows really good with the next 1-2-3-4 pattern.

01:11:175 - Here's the next suggestion:

Another LN suggestion (It's hard to put variety just with single notes).
However, the LNs represent the long vocal sounds and i intentionally didn't put 1/2 notes while hold to keep the full emphasis on the vocal. The Notes at 01:11:764 - , 01:12:352 - and 01:12:548 - are for the short vocal which have a strong instrument in them, like kick and snare. The last one are also intentionally as 1-4 notes to put more emphasis on the difference between kick and snare (Which is also missing in your whole kiai)

Okay, the same suggestion apply for the second Kiai since it's only repeating itself. I highly recommend you to consider these suggestion because, as simple your Normal may be mapped.. it's also pretty monotonous. The part's before the kiai look "kinda" okay, even when it's mostly the same too. You have breaks which put at least some emphasis on vocal/instruments.

Let me know what you think about this because i think with some help this can be a pretty cool difficulty!

i get where the diffnaming comes from but calling the top diff "insane" is very misleading considering the difficulty elements included in the map (specially this pattern 00:21:176 (1,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3) - ) so i think using extra/expert or any other custom diffname would be better to reflect the maps difficulty
the rc also states that spaced streams shouldnt be used in insane difficulties. i know it isnt a rule but its better having the difficulties labeled properly taking the difficulty elements in consideration

i get where the diffnaming comes from but calling the top diff "insane" is very misleading considering the difficulty elements included in the map (specially this pattern 00:21:176 (1,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3) - ) so i think using extra/expert or any other custom diffname would be better to reflect the maps difficulty
the rc also states that spaced streams shouldnt be used in insane difficulties. i know it isnt a rule but its better having the difficulties labeled properly taking the difficulty elements in consideration

I do not think so. the Insane name reflected the actual difficulty of this map. As a touchscreen main player, I can almost FC the main diff with mouse in several tries, that explains it a bit.
as a comparison, my other map with similar BPM: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1545076&m=0, https://osu.ppy.sh/b/896898&m=0, I hardly have a chance to pass it with the mouse, not to mention to FC it. It is clear that all concepts in the top diff settled in a insane standard frame.

Hitsounds are really quiet tbh, would make sense to increase it by 10-20% in general since feedback is quite minimal.
Katou insane is fine due to the use of drum samples, but the rest of the diffs are just too quiet tbh

I guess its about personal preference. katou was hitsounded by imoutousan so its a bit different. but i dont think mine is too quiet xd

Calling top diff an Extra also seems like a silly idea to me though. Insane should be fine.

Hitsounds also don't seem unreasonable to me.
