Alright, just a quick clarification: Most of the melody here should be snapped to 1/2, but the rest relies on the swing feel a lot, so it has to be snapped to 1/3. I'm going to just point out what is necessary though since you were clearly mapping to the vocals anyway. I'm fairly sure it's acceptable to keep it as is outside of the few positions I mentioned.

I would also extend the third kiai time section up until 02:29:736.

Easy:

01:58:437 (1) - Snap to the previous 1/3 tick and adjust the kiai end to that.

Normal:

01:58:437 (1) - Snap to the previous 1/3 tick and adjust the kiai end to that.

Ozzy's Taiko:

Can't mod Taiko very well, but nothing stood out as wrong to me.

Hard:

00:08:004 (3) - This and all subsequent sliders with velocity changes are unreadable and irritating to follow because the slider has no ticks as a result of the tick rate being set to 0.5. It's generally best to keep tick rate at 1 or higher, so just keep it at 1.
00:21:469 (7) - It would be best just to stack this under 5. It looks very odd with that overlap and it's confusing. Alternatively, make it more like how it's done at 01:09:657 (7,9).
01:23:122 (9) - Snap to previous 1/3 tick and adjust the kiai end to that. Consider placing a break after it.
01:31:390 (5,7) - I think it would make more sense to arrange the pattern like this.
01:58:437 (1) - Snap to the previous 1/3 tick and adjust the kiai end to that.
02:35:878 (8,1,2) - This shift in spacing is really confusing and unnecessary. Nothing in the song warranted such a heavy shift in style.

If not many Taiko'ers have looked at this difficulty yet, have them take a go at one helluva carnival.

[Hard]:
02:35:878 (8,1) - Hmm... All right, I do realize the anti-jump and the design here... But to me, it doesn't quite feel right. Maybe it's the fact that this is the only anti-jump in the whole song and it sorts gets someone by surprise. Does it work better as a stack, maybe? Uhh, perhaps you can think about it when you look at it and tell me what your decision is. I can see what you were going for if you refuse to change it.

To maintain consistency with the other "otetsu" maps ranked in osu!, let's put otetsu in tags and have "Vocaloid" in the source instead. ;)

As I said to you before, awesome map! This hardly seems like a newbie's map at all, with the advanced usage of the editor's stuff. Good for you.

This map makes a sudden jump in difficulty from Normal to Hard mode. The maximum score can show this. While this isn't bad in itself, in the future, making conscious efforts to satisfy all types of player skills will make you a better mapper and have a more awesome beatmap in the end. :D

This will come more with experience, maybe some modding, or playing difficulties that are around that range.

A special kudos to val0108 here. Nice difficulty you got there. Pretty insane and hectic, but somehow whenever I manage to test-play it one way or another things just go smoothly. It's like I'm taken on a tense adventure that guides me through to the end of the song. I feel there might be something wrong within since there's so much, but I don't really think there is.

easy没什么好说的,normal谈点自己的看法:
第一、二、四段kiai我感觉可以略加一点难度。
02:44:854 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - 这一段可以换一个音效,比如音量调低,段末戛然而止的音效还有改善的空间。
03:24:539 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - 这一段的circle可以再无序一些,凸显出一种虚无感。

hard我还是觉得02:44:854这一段应该有变化,降低sv比较好。
insane我非常喜欢,那种slider的感觉和《speed》这首歌很像。

Apparently you missed my last mod post as many errors brought up in it still exist in the map today. The lines regarding 1/3 snap and tick rates in particular are things that I strongly believe are errors. I don't want to sound like I'm making threats here, but it really is definitely the sort of thing I would bring up even on a bubbled map. I'm sorry, but I can't do anything unless changes are made. If you do decide to go through with this, please contact me again so I can check this map once more.

- 00:56:075 (8) + 02:40:012 (8) - AIMod pointed this out, most probably caused by that particular middle red slider point. Not that it affects playability or anything.

Also the gap between Normal and Hard is kinda big imo(2mil and 14 mil, also difficulty), I would like a diff between those. I am not going to pop with above reason though. Just decide yourself. This map is really well made.

If you can make the kiai section be consistent among all diffs (the problem sections are the end of the first kiai and the end of the second kiai (ozzy's diff only))

Personally, I felt a good chunk of the half-speed sliders did not fit the song very well because the music doesn't slow down at those parts most of the time. Oh well, I guess this is a more personal complaint since I don't like slow downs usually.

I fixed the kiai section , now all diffs are the same.
Also I changed the combo colors , hope it feel better now.

Well, there aren't any sliders in the map at all, and slider tick rate doesn't even do anything in these kinds of maps so...

you're using a wrong bpm actually... the really one is the half, 127 ... and for this the flashing during kiai are too much fast and this could be corrected without modifying the map that much...

What makes you think 127 is correct? To put it simply, 254 made more sense to me because of how fast the rhythm is throughout the song.

Just confront with an Allegro ( 120-139 BPM ) and a Prestissimo ( 200+ BPM ) and you'll see why
