Please double-check the keyframe, there's some lots of unused keyframe. You have to delete the unused keyframe, otherwise this beatmap is run poorly for bad PC. You have to remove it, like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/28365.
Remember what FAQ said. "Moving your object while the music is playing will make the path very ugly". Other than that, it's fine

On my SB you've got to remove the Songs(here was something forgot what was here lol) so just the file name is there. you shouldn't specify the whole path.
Also my image is reeeeeeally small you should make it bigger.

Kai time is currently not the same in all difficulties.
Average Joe difficulty uses a combo colour of white instead of yellow like the other 2 difficulties + doesn't look nice during kiai time

00:10:406 (3,4,5,6,1) - kinda sounds awkward to me :S. (maybe have a clap on 3,4,5. Remove clap on 6 and remove finish on 1?) although it could probably just feel awkward to me because its differently mapped than the other similar part before it.

I found the kiai quite unfitting in this map, kiai in general tend to feel out of place in most video game songs.

01:18:639 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - I found this spacing change being quite confusing and it fooled me that it was 1/1 between (4) and (1) not 1/2, I suggest you place (1,2,3,4) under 01:21:369 (7)

[Supreme Master]
00:06:426 (3) - Just saying but i think it looks much better if you move it one grid to the left on grid level 4.
00:09:155 (11) - Same as above but move to the right.
00:19:276 (3,4) - Feel like (4) should be moved further apart from (3) as (1,2,3) as pretty big jumps and the song sounds like it should be just as big jump here if not a bigger jump
00:26:555 (3,4) - ^
01:19:777 (4) - ^
01:27:055 (4) - ^

Oh well, just some nitpicks here, everything else is good.
