The first beat is off, it should be after the pickup in "America" (in other words, it should be on "mer". I would suggest timing the 110BPM section at the beginning as well.

The source is correct. The artist name is wrong. Wikipedia's a little unclear, but Trey Parker voiced and presumably wrote America, Fuck Yeah. I'd put him down.

Ok, I changed Artist name to Trey Parker and fixed 1 slider in [Normal]. I'm waiting for further suggerstions.
