I can see at the end all SB mapper names except on [Lunatic]. You should fix this.

All is fine to me, but i'm still confused if this difficulty spread can be ranked or not x_x

I didn't want to be a second Ephemeral, I just wanted to follow the guidelines, and Lunatic does feel like an Insane to me =| But hey, the map is good regardless.
