It's a good thing to follow the drums on the Oni and to make it easier with a spin on easier diffs so there's no real reason to be consistent with this.

00:27:262 (29,30,31,32,33,34) - Should have the same rhythm as 00:21:928 (21,22,23,24,25,26) - to make it simpler and have consistency.

00:55:595 (74) - Delete this note to have clearer rhythm (1/1 -> 1/2 -> 1/2 - > 2/1 -> 1/1 is... well, no.) As the pattern from 00:53:262 to 01:00:928 - has the similar spacings (2/1 -> 3/2 -> 3/2 -> 2/1 -> 1/1 -> ...), I think it is clear enough.
00:58:262 (79) - ^ to create a larger break => same as ^. Also, I think it is reasonable to have slightly more notes in kiai.
01:03:262 (1,2) - Delete 2 and maybe change 1 to a kat - there's no notes at all 00:52:595 - here and it would free up the big note a bit 00:52:595 - has no notes because of the calmer rhythm. I placed the two notes because of the presence of both the vocal and snare.

I can hardly hear any difference between 70%, 80% and 90% while playing, and well, even though technically this isn't really wrong in any way, I just don't think you need so much green lines for such minuscule changes ;w; Maybe delete the green lines at 00:10:595 - 00:21:262 - 00:42:595 - 00:47:928 ?
  2. 01:01:262 - wtf 50% in the kiai? I get that the spinner-sound is a lot louder than normal notes, but I could still notice a significant drop in volume which sounds unnatural as hell D: Tried some volumes here and 75% sounds the best while not being too noisy :3

Kantan

  1. 00:17:928 - (rip nwolf already mentioned it but) kat here? I get the snare logic for your don , but tbh it fits much, much better with a kat because of the melody-thingy which is exactly the same as 00:12:595 and to be honest if I'm a Kantan player I won't even notice the snares since well the melody is outstanding as hell lol (tl;dr the loud melody line should be mapped to instead of the hardly-noticeable snares because logic and it's a kantan :<)
  2. 00:21:262 (20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34) - Are you seriously having variety for two sounding extremely similar parts at 180bpm with 1/1 patterns which isn't really easy as a Kantan D: Kantans are basically an introduction for newbie players for the Taiko mode and having stuff like this isn't really gonna help them get used too stuff since they change frequently while the music remains fairly consistent
  3. 00:31:095 - Why isn't this note a big one like the previous note? They're both accented in the same way
  4. 00:37:595 - Move this to 00:37:762 pls, the vocals here are on 3/2 and so the beat for the vocals is much stronger there than what you currently have

  3. 00:12:595 (6,7,8) - ...ddk for pitches please? I don't see what's so important about the drums in the background that made you ignore consistency and the main melody line

The lower difficulties feel weird to me because of all the vocal mapping, but that's just me. The spread might seem off because every diff is pretty hard for it's name but, the difficulty between each diff is still on an accurate scale. So I wouldn't worry about each diff being "too hard", the beatmap set as a whole is just a litter harder than most. And that is perfectly fine. :P

I know 1/4s will be much more better for playing, but wrong snap = unrankable, other ranked versions are all 1/3s at that part, though your mp3 is slightly different, 1/3 drums are weak but still can be heard. I've asked MMzz and he thinks that 1/4 is fine for both Onis since it is really hard to hear the 1/3 beats.
