00:19:081 (1,2,3,4) - Hitsounds - clap the end of 1 and 2, whistle the end of 3 and 4, and remove the whistle from the start of 3.
00:39:040 (1) - For this section and the others like it I wouldn't cymbal abuse, give emphasis to the later notes by removing cymbal from this one - example - 00:39:040 (1) - Whistle or normal, 00:40:001 (2) - keep cymbal.
00:41:085 (1) - Whistle etc for this section, I just felt there was too many cymbals.
00:53:690 - The reduction in sound here is slightly odd, if you wanted to emphasize 00:58:099 (1) - then you should probably gradually fade out right from 00:41:853 then bring it back up to full volume.
00:58:996 - Normal hitsounds sound amazing here, remove the whistle though if you take this suggestion. You could go back to soft at about 01:05:032 (2) - or keep it normal for the rest of the song, if you take the latter option make sure to remove those whistles they sound awful in normal.
Same thing about cymbals applies to the other difficulties for the most part.
Hard:
Difficulty spike? You might need a normal.
01:21:002 (3,1) - Cymbals sound out of place.
01:23:006 (2) - Clap
01:23:088 (4) - Clap (You could probably add more claps in general)
Insane:
00:18:099 (5) - Random cymbal
00:20:062 (3) - ^

00:40:323 - I think this and the other breaks are a little unnecessary but I see what effect your going for.
00:54:009 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Difficult to see whats actually going on but its easily hittable.
01:05:527 - From this point the cymbals on almost every 5th note are a little random, I'd recommend incorporating claps into the beat.
01:21:003 (1) - Extremely mean.
01:40:062 (4) - Random cymbal.
