probably like 200mg on average, either thru tea or coffee

do a test, drink as much as you can, and whenever you pass out or weird things start happening to your body, you just make sure to always be 1 drink under that threshold
BlueChinchompa
32 bit integer amount
aplastic anemia
400mg of caffeine is a safe limit per day (roughly 4 strong cups of coffee).

I personally drink 1-3 cups a day and never past noon as I have issues with insomnia.

None. I don't drink coffee. I guess that's what you mean by "caffe".

Only drink tea is enough for my daily cafeine
Polyspora

I'd say after 2 cups, sometimes you need 2 tho 1 should do the trick

I hate coffee but I feel oddly qualified to talk about this. You don't need more than 2 at the most.

imo no more than 200mg of cafffeine

it depends on the source of caffeine assuming its coffee it wont be as bad as drinking prime or especially bang or gfuel energy drinks as those 2 have 300mg of caffeine and will give you the shits
Nanofranne
100mg

That's about three cups of tea or just about one cup of coffee personally. Any more than that, and my heart is about to fall off

200 on a normal day- 350 to 400 on a day where I’m exhausted
