so uh if I'm not wrong a rule was created some time ago to stop people from talking about the now banned guy who used to visit here often but didnt really add anything.

shouldnt this rule also apply to muted people, like anaxii?

There was already a rule about not talking to silenced/banned guys as you bring attention to them while they don't deserve it

Silenced and Restricted are 2 different degrees of punishment in direct relation to severity of wrongdoing, so I personally don't think we need to refrain from talking about silenced people for something minor.
