So according to Karmine, the silence was caused by me replying "You're a retard" on Rhthym32's now locked thread. A lot of people also got silenced by joining in on the quote chain. Julian somehow avoided getting silenced but I think that was just a mistake done by the GMT. His post was the only evidence of the event now as the posts are deleted.
First, I apologize to the people that got silenced with me, in order:
The random user called "Rhthym32" doesn't deserve my apology. This isn't because of us getting banned by "inappropriate forum behaviour", but because I think that me and the others have told the truth. This is not to be blamed on abraker because of course he doesn't use "behaviour", and the action has to be taken by outsider GMTs (most likely).
...Which implies heavily that Rhthym32 or someone else clicked on the report button. And a GMT actually responded by taking action. Now the issue is, Rhthym32 has been reported for spamming garbage in the forums. Rhthym32 is still sitting there safe and sound.
Here's a rough explanation on why exactly I hold this opinion on him:
First of all, his only real intent of posting in this subforum was to attract attention and become denizen. He has mistaken how OT as well as people's minds work by miles, or even astronomical units. I personally hate people who put themselves into a position where their only goal is to achieve some random title. I classify that as mischievous behavior.
He said "the biggest mistake I did was to join OT." I think he has some misunderstanding. He had never joined OT. His appearance in OT caused trouble and mayhem, and a lot of the community members, as well as me, dislikes and repels him. He has never been accepted as a part of OT by a lot of us. Take Manishh as an example. He may have some traits that makes people dislike him, but now I think he is doing incredibly well.
Looking through Rhthym32's posts, I found a lot of "forget" "miss" "denizen" and etc. He cares about how other people feel about him, especially if other people "forgets" him. This pushes him to make lots of posts trying to reach denizen goals ASAP and quite often makes other people feel unpleasant. The time requirement to become a denizen has a reason for existing. We can't just have people that spam the entire subforum all the time.
Honestly, I think most of us have been somewhat annoyed by Rhthym32. This is why I think it is worth getting silenced just to get this guy out. If he changes his behavior, he may be accepted in OT again. But right now, I think he needs some time to think about what he has done. Outsiders don't get it. The date is March 30th and this guy got pissed off.
