Hey! I've checked your map, here's what I found:
The timing is wrong. Most of the beats are placed on blue ticks. You have to find the right timing before fixing anything else.
Even though 83.50 sounds right in some parts, I think this song could have multiple timing sections. Some beats aren't snapped, be careful when you change the timing (go to Timing -> Resnap all notes). Check your slider lenghts too.
I'll mod it when you find the right timing, I'm not good with it, so try asking some timing expert.

Using Level 3 grid [tiny](to change the grid press G)

Move every note between 00:14:436 and 00:31:502 two grids to the left. It will centralize the hit circles, making more elegant. (pic 1)

I'm proto-bubbling this, but i have to warn you that black as custom colour is dangerous to use, even if it's one of the main colours of the anime.

Comunque, se puoi, falla giocare anche ad altre persone, visto che hai bassa priorità. Potrebbero darti buoni suggerimenti (io non sono nazi, quindi non saprei che dirti)

Sorry for very late reply. A light mod because this was previously bubbled and looks like it is going to be bubbled again soon

Easy: There was a lack of new combos in the early part of the song.

Normal: Please make the circle size larger by 1

Hard: fine

Insane:
00:34:196 (7) - nazi mod:move 1 grid (level 3) let to stop this from touching the previous note (when playing, it looked weird for a note not touching the note to be followed by a note with the same timing interval but touching the next note unintentionally)
