The offset should be 1684.
To do this easily, go to “Timing (at the top)>Timing Setup…”
Then highlight all your timing and inherited points.
To the left of the window, there’s going to be “Move selected offsets by:
Type in -13.
Then click “Move>Ok”
After that, go to 00:01:684 and add a Timing section (Ctrl + p)
Then go to 00:22:637 and delete the Timing section (Ctrl + i)

Don't forget to always go to "Timing (at the top)>Resnap All Notes>Yes" after you change the BPM and/or offset of a song.

*Always apply these changes for ALL the difficulties*
P.S. : The circles and sliders should only start and end on a white or red tick in normal and easy, you shouldn’t use the blue ticks, yellow, etc., unless the song really requires you to do so.
Also, go to “Song Setup>Audio” and put the Music Track Lead-in to 1.5 .

[Easy]
  1. 00:02:398 (2,3) - Those sliders are bad. Work them a bit more >.< Use some imagination when you create them~
  2. 00:04:303 (3) - I think this slider should end at 00:05:731
  3. 00:10:017 (7) - Work this slider more.
  4. 00:24:541 (4) - That slider is overlapping itself. Is not recommended and thus can be unrankable as well.
  5. 00:26:922 (6) - Make it different so the begin of the slider wont overlap the end.
  6. 00:33:112 (14,1) - Two notes on same tick - Unrankable
  7. 00:36:922 (2,3) - Hiding notes under sliders is not recommended in accordance to osu!wiki.
    Generally the placing is random, you must use all the time Distance Snap and choose one distance, do not change it afterwards no matter the reason. Ignoring the distance snap is exception only for Insane and Hards(Not always for Hards)
[Normal]
  1. 00:13:826 (7,8) - Why this overlap? Take this circle somewhere else using Distance Snap
    Random placing, same as the Easy difficulty.
You should take an idea from other beatmaps and remap your difficulties, you got a nice sense of synchronization, the way you put the notes in rhythm is very nice but the placing on the game field is not enjoyable. :/

Your actual mp3's bitrate is 320 kbps. You MUST convert it into 192 kbps because its unrankable!

Please remove the video from the song folder if you don't use it.

You MUST insert a background (1024x768) because a map without BG is unrankable!

You MUST set a preview point! To set a preview point you have to go to Timing > Set preview pont

The correct offset is 493.
You also have to add a second red section with offset 22635!

^ Red things are really important and you should fix them!

I also think you need an Hard.

Easy

Well, you should play ranked maps and try to make sliders like that. You have to remap this but I can give you some advice to make an easy diff.

-You should use a slider velocity between 0.80 and 1.20. 1.40 is usually for Normal/Hard diffs!
-Some of your sliders are bad. For example this: 00:08:112 (6) or this 00:10:016 (7)
-All the good sliders usually look like this 00:23:111 (2) or this 00:00:493 (1)
-In easy diffs 14/15 notes combo are too high, usually 7/8 combos are enough
-You should set an Approach Rate of 2,3 or 4. 5 is too high for an Easy.
-You should set 1,2,3,4 of Overall Difficulty, 0 is too low.

Normal

Again, it's better to remap this

-You shoul use Circle size 3 or 4. 5 is too difficult
-Look at this: 00:13:826 (7,8) - The note is under the slider. This in unrankable. You can do something like this only in Insane diffs.
-And this 00:44:303 (19,20,21,22,23) - The spacing is not uniform. You must use always the same spacing. Mappers usually break spacing in Hard and Insane diffs!
- And this 00:47:398 (1) - This note is covered by the spinner's hitburst (the 300) so it's unrankable for a Normal diff.

Well, I could only give you some suggestions and some ranking criteria. If you remap this I'll be happy to check and mod your map, just contact me In-game :P

Hitsounds - Don't really know why hasn't this been pointed out by other modders.... .. YUNO use hitsounds?They ain't exactly musted but still... the only thing audible when you use 15% volume is the sliderticks?And that's just barely.I know you raised the volume to an audible level during KIAI but hitsounds should be audible throughout the map!.Maybe it's just me but please just use audible hitsounds!!

The rythm is good,but the patterns needs to be improved, everything looked like they're just scattered around randomly, which doesn't looked very nice to me.

because this tv size song does not follow correct measure order, if you dont unsderstand what i mean, make a backup diff and add this timelines to it, and then play with nightcore.
the nightcore cymbal finish appears every 4 measures starting from the timeline, and the order changes if there is more timelines, with this extra timelines nightcore mod will follow music perfectly in the his cymbal finishes

  • 00:08:168 (3) - To better fit with the previous sliders as well as the song, I'd break it up into two sliders.
[Hard]

  • 01:01:024 (3,4) - These two notes are quite hidden, I'd prefer them somewhere a bit more visible. Maybe put them just past the slider, or go up in an arch to meet up with the 5?
    01:06:024 (16) - I'm not sure this slider matches up with the beat.
[Insane]

Try to avoid using 1/8ths 1/16ths like I mentioned in your hard difficulty.

When making streams, try to keep the spacing consistent (use the Distance snap without the Grid Snap) and make them equal lengths apart.

00:43:645 (7,9,10) - Stuff like this can be really messy. If you are going to hide notes under stuff, then I would suggest fully hiding it, instead of only hiding 50-60% of the note.

01:06:024 (9,10,11) - Equal spacing needed here as well
01:10:667 (6,1) - Unreadable and too confusing. find some way to end the slider so people will know its a 1/4 distance away.

Same thing with this spinner... Also make sure they all end at the same spot as well. This one ends 1/2 earlier than your easy for example.


Anyways, Good luck on this. Sorry about the quick mod on your insane.. I didn't really find it too appealing to play/look at so I didn't look into it much. (Insanes aren't my specialty)

00:15:548 (1) - After this spinner you should put something that goes along with the drums in the music like you did in the Insane diff, the break is really boring.
01:10:548 (11,12,13) - These three notes are a little too cramped, when I first played it I thought there were 4 notes. Try moving them a bit.
01:16:381 (4,5) - Change the 4th note so that it points upward and delete the 5th note.
