Maybe my next ranked map I hope.
This is the theme of the Megaman Battle Network 6 gba game, the fadeout at the end is REALY on the game, I didn't do it for reducing the map length
The BG image is from kenhirokeke ;)

you should find the mp3 in web
look for the original sound track, or ask a bat to find or convert the mp3 for you

Why recording the game using an emulator is bad ? I think I can't found a better quality file than that (The only way can be possible is to extract the audio file from the game and reconvertig to MP3, but I think reconverting whould lose as much quality as audacity does) Also on my dragon ball GT Transformation theme I used the same thing, and no one see any problems with sound quality (Quality was better than the 1st file I used...).

@Leeg Since I know kenhirokeke in real life and I've a better english level than him, he asked me to answer here for him. So he changed some sliders but don't changed the suggestions you give, he think his rithm is better.

General
Combo colors need to be changed from default. 2 shades of red, dark grey, yellow. That's what I'd use.

This is pretty good actually. It's pretty easy for a normal, but I think it's alright since there isn't an easy :)


Hard

I never seen AR4 used in a hard diff ever. Hards are usually AR7. If you really want it lower than normal, I recommend 6. This is what I did:

00:02:081 - ^
00:03:725 - add circle
00:10:917 (7) - Give it a tiny bend up
00:13:999 (3) - Looks ugly.
00:31:584 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Unnecessary stream. Doesn't fit the music.
00:34:953 (4,5) - Delete. Change it to a slider with a wiggle in the middle to fit the sound effect.
00:40:017 (4) - It doesn't look pretty. Make it more symmetrical

First thing I noticed was AR7 and huge circles. AR7 might be okay, but circle size should be 4.
It also plays weird. http://i.imgur.com/IgoBO.png I never had this happen to me for a looooong time lol. What's even funnier is that I got the same accuracy (83.33%) and an FC on my second try with HR.

Anyways, I think it's timed well to the melody, but it could benefit from being mapped more, or even certain parts completely remapped. I mean that as in the background instrumentation. More triplets, etc. Make it as insane as possible without overmapping basically. Right now it feels like a Normal+ with high OD.

Overall you both need to go back and review it. Make sure it looks pretty, and think to yourself for every circle and every empty space "can I do more here?" "Is this necessary?" "What can I do to spice things up here?"

Find your favorite maps, copy them if you need to, then later make it more original. Take it 10 seconds at a time, don't rush it. :)

You got the timing down so that's good.

I've made changes in insane diff. KenHiro's diff have so low diff setting because he started with copying my normal diff then modify, and he don't changed that. I'll change when he'll do the mod.

00:18:109 - 00:24:843 - This part's timing sounds off. (I played at 25% and there is a noticeable delay between the song and the beats.)

[PMT's Hard]
00:25:684 (3,4,5) - Unpredicted 1/4-beat stack (from playing the song before, 00:08:246 (1,2,3,4) and 00:23:580 (6,7,8) are stacks but they are 1/2-beat stacks). But it's Hard, so I don't think this is a problem.
00:29:471 - Since you used clap hitsounds at second and fourth beats, I expect this to have a hitsound. Of course, the way you map this makes it rather hard, but just a note in case you want to keep the claps consistent.
00:36:203 (2) - On the other hand, the clap hitsound here sounds to be not in place, but personal distaste. Feel free to keep it if you feel so.

00:14:410 - Hm, have you considered adding a note here? With that space you have given from the slider until the spin could fit well imo. Well, you've probably did that so it won't look harsh for the players, but well, you've already give them a break after the spin, so I think adding a note here wouldn't be a problem.
00:22:318 (2) - Maybe move a little bit down so it won't touch with 00:19:794 (2) - ?
00:31:154 - Pretty much same as 00:14:410, I would've added a note here.

Normal
I usually don't bother too much when there's some sliders/circles off in the grid, but since the draining time is very short, consider checking them again for yourself, if you do agree that they couldn't be placed on a better position, or you have a specific reason why you've put them there, it's fine with me. Pretty much saying this because this is Normal diff.
00:05:575 (5) - Avoid placing hitobjects under the lifebar.
00:09:273 (3,4,5) - The (4) makes the entire triplet "look" bad because it's off in the grid. Why not just select them all and move someplace lower on the grid?
00:22:949 (3,4) - Could've been made them symmetric, like this. Oh, and by the way, you should ctrl+c (4) and replace it for the actual (3) so they would look the same.
00:26:841 (3) - Maybe a little-too-much off in the grid?

00:08:246 (1,2,3) - Those stacks don't fit well at this part of the song imo.
00:14:821 (1) - Move a bit more farther so it won't touch with 00:13:999 (6) - ?

Besides those stacks that I personally disliked, the overall diff is fine.

00:40:017 (1,2) - Consider finding another place for this sliders. (1) shouldn't be placed there. And you could've made something symmetric with (2)

I usually don't bother too much when there's some sliders/circles off in the grid, but since the draining time is very short, consider checking them again for yourself, if you do agree that they couldn't be placed on a better position, or you have a specific reason why you've put them there, it's fine with me. Pretty much saying this because this is Normal diff.
00:05:575 (5) - Avoid placing hitobjects under the lifebar.I changed verry little like 2/3 grid down, I test played and it don't touch life bar now, hope it's okey
00:09:273 (3,4,5) - The (4) makes the entire triplet "look" bad because it's off in the grid. Why not just select them all and move someplace lower on the grid? Fixed I hope
00:22:949 (3,4) - Could've been made them symmetric, like this. Oh, and by the way, you should ctrl+c (4) and replace it for the actual (3) so they would look the same. Fixed
00:26:841 (3) - Maybe a little-too-much off in the grid? Moved the two points on the last line of the grid, while playing, this is not off screen so I think there is no problem :)

I recommend you to change the Combo Colour of Combo 3 or Combo 4, or else the player won't be able to distinguish the beginning and the end of any of those combos. Take a look at this

  1. 00:04:958 (1) - This slider would look better if it was on the same spot as 00:01:671 (1) in my opinion
  2. 00:41:707 (3) - How about ending this slider at 00:42:341? I think it follows the song better.
  3. 00:40:017 - Maybe an Inheriting point with audio 60% here? To follow the fade effect that is on the music.
  4. If following above item, Inheriting point on 00:40:862 with audio 50%
  5. 00:42:129 - Maybe resnap this Inheriting point to 00:41:707 instead?

Just small suggestions.
  1. 00:11:534 (1) - I think this at x:472 y:248 would look better to play since it follows the end of 00:10:917 (7) better. Just notice that you'll have to check the spacing with the next note if doing so.
  2. 00:35:993 (4) - Same thing as above, how about moving it to x:268 y:176?
  3. 00:36:637 (1) - This slider is too straight, in my opinion. How about moving the 4th point to x:0 y:116 so that it gets a little more curved? You'll need to recheck the spacing with the next notes, if doing so.
  4. 00:41:073 - Maybe Inheriting point here with Audio 60% to follow the fade effect?
  5. 00:41:496 - If following above item, audio 50% here.
