Since a restructure of the rules will no longer be needed, I can accept more. Keep in mind it make take 2-14 days to get through mods. If you need a mod more quickly, please mod 4 mod something of mine or give me your desparation excuse. In either case submit those through PM. I will accept timing requests regardless if queue is open or closed, just contact me. I have my timing slaves(ehm friends) to assist me. ^_^ I will be updating my policy on timing and reasons why some maps take longer to mod than others at some point.
Might as well get 7 requests this time around. I want to get my kudosu rate up and it gives me more practice.

Update: I'm trying to find time to mod, but it's been very difficult over the past 3 weeks or so. I've had to deal with midterms, schoolwork, and basically interruptions/lack of motivation to mod during prime modding time for me. It's not that I'm selfishly hoarding my time, it's just that modding takes 1-3 hours or more per map, and really I can't fit in more than1 mod within the prime time that I have available to me.
I will admit that my effectiveness at modding far outweighs my efficiency. It is a goal of mine to work on getting mods done in a non-wasteful manner. In the meantime, I will try to not interfere with any bubbled songs, and will try to get to mods as soon as I realistically can. I have spring break coming up, so that will help me catch up, but I will have to deal with an annoying audio skip that is now plaguing my osu! Oh well....
I wont make any promises until I know just how annoying modding with this issue will be. If my mood doesn't wildly change from the time I get out of college, I will attempt to mod when I get home, but I get home at the very end of my usual prime modding time of the day.
On a further note, I have been experimenting with updating my userpage with current modding status updates. Eventually I want to have a full guide on how to mod, and a NAQBIHAA (Nobody Asks Questions But I Have answers Anyways) about myself that explains why I don't mod when I'm online and such.
I wish I had more time to mod and map, and make guest difficulties, but I just don't.
(Queue isn't open until I finish the current batch of requests.)
Oh yes another bit of information. I was planning on making a Timing queue separate from this queue. It would have me and a small team of friends I know who can time. There wouldn't be anyone well known in it. I am not sure if I can even time correctly with this audio issue though. It may or may not happen.

I'm sorry for my botched attempt at handling mods in a timely manner. I will try to not let too much time to pass before I get to mods this time around. again remember if you want to mod 4 mod, don't mind that my map is graved, I will revive it and tend to your mod if the map is more recently graved.
Other news: There is a new ranking process coming. I have no plans on closing this queue, and will still be accepting the hard challenges. Some good news is that i've fixed my HDD issues and the game is running at a proper framerate again. I will have more motivation to mod now and I will be more accurate.

If you're mod 4 modding, please send me a PM with information on the map you modded. If you want to m4m and have me mod first if you do not return with a mod, I will blacklist you.
Maps that I really don't like/will take awhile to mod will go here. I do not guarantee I will mod them.
