Depends on map option:
You spin according to where notes are before or after the spinner.

Both:
You have no predominant direction.

+1 conuter-clockwise all the time.

I just feel more comfortable spinning that way, I get around 400rpm clockwise and about 170rpm counterclockwise.
Don't ask why, I wouldn't be able to tell you.

I spin counter clockwise...
I spin normal clockwise only on the DS with a stylus O_o...

I wonder, which is more common, counter or normal?

I feel most comfortable spinning clockwise, but, on long-ish spinners that I know I have time to recover from, I can go much faster spinning counter-clockwise. Go figure.

Clockwise. Feels more comfortable for me.

I think I might have spun clockwise sometimes and counter-clockwise sometimes playing Ouendan though.

Clockwise (usually near the center)
I think i improved a bit because i wasn's able to reach 300SPM before, but now i easily pass that.
If i do counter-clockwise, <200SPM

I always spinned counter clockwise but that oddly changed, so I'm spinning clockwise now.

Always used ~~clockwise... opps, didnt check properly, its ANTIclockwise~~ nevermind, i think i always swap rounds.

Oh and, near the center does not work for me.
