This should probably be 97 BPM, yeah. Also Easy shouldn't have 0.5 tick rate, it's being removed (as of the latest build, peppy's officially removing it). The reason it's being used there is because the BPM is doubled, so the tick rate needs to be halved.
[Easy]
00:40:871 (1) - I don't think the little bit sticking out to the left looked that great, maybe you could start the slider going up-left instead of up-right, and so it ends up bending left?
00:55:716 (1) - Move this out of the way a bit, it's blocking the (very sparse) SB.
02:05:613 (1) - Same as before.
I'd recommend using more offbeats (red ticks if you halve the BPM, every second white tick if you don't), since right now it's kinda boring. Might be easiest to place a slider end on a red tick, although a pickup is usually pretty easy too.
[Normal]
00:53:860 (1) - Flip this frown upside down?
01:02:211 (4,5) - Map this to the vocals, like the rest of the combo? Might be a bit hard to catch the red tick though.
[Hard]
00:52:005 (3,1) - This spacing is too large to be correct but too small to be noticeable as a jump.
00:55:097 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I don't like the spacing of this combo, it's larger than your normal spacing, but not large enough to seem like a one-time thing, so this drop to normal spacing: 00:58:500 (6,1) feels sudden.
01:10:561 (4) - Move this a bit to not cover the next slider's repeat with the hitburst? Looks better that way.
02:52:623 (2) - The fact that this is a slider is concealed by hitbursts.
You have stacks here under slider tails that are 1/1, and stacks that are 2/1. I recommend only using one of them, since your AR isn't fast enough to quickly distinguish them.
[Storyboard]
Seems to have been added as kind of an afterthought. It's a bit too sparse to really impact the map other than putting the storyboard icon on the beatmap lookup, imo.
As well, a lot of the mapping actually blocks the SB on all difficulties, making the sparse SB even more sparse. Try to avoid that, if possible.
Finally, I could see an Insane being mapped for this with more interesting jumps/beat patterns and larger spacings than Hard. Up to you though.
Good luck!
