Without changing the map structure much, you should place that 1 to the slider end and reverse the slider(so it's a new start), then reverse the slider 4, and in the combo after that ctrl+h sliders 1 and 3 and finally ctrl+h 00:29:427 (1,2) these 2. The spacing wouldn't be changed one bit while everything would still look nice, and you would have a nice jump. This is only a suggestion though, so feel free to discard this if you don't like it.
3. 00:38:087 (4,5) - This isn't a good idea to stack them on the previous slider end. Usually when you 2 see 2 approach circles on the slider ends you think of 1/4 notes, which would make a miss of 4. Since these are 1/1 (1/2 actually, but cause of your double bpm it makes it 1/1) apart from the previous slider, you should just distance snap them. I know highly skilled players can read this, but this is a 4,5~ rated Hard so... (plus every other case like this was 1/4 note on the slider end, else it was distance snapped or it was multiple 1/2 which is easy to read) :p

You have quite some unused timing sections in normal and easy, but it's not a huge deal (apart from those which mess up the sound), if you don't feel lazy you could clean them up a little.
Quite a cool mapset I have to say. Hard had a really nice pace and I strongly suggest to make the circle size change (even though I am a circle size 4 fan myself), would fit the map perfectly.

You have stacks here under slider tails that are 1/1, and stacks that are 2/1. I recommend only using one of them, since your AR isn't fast enough to quickly distinguish them. - Well, that might depend more on how good you are at reading approach circles I guess? And anyway, I have this feeling that the not-so-good-players are better at slower AR because they 1. need concentrate on it more and 2. the AR doesnt look that slow to them. Well, I think it's fine, and chaning this much kinda ruins the feeling of the map I think. Atleast the current feeling xP

[Storyboard]

Seems to have been added as kind of an afterthought. It's a bit too sparse to really impact the map other than putting the storyboard icon on the beatmap lookup, imo. - While I agree the storyboard isn't making a big impact for the map, I think it still gives a nice feel to it compared to not having it. Aaaand actually I did that before mapping xD

As well, a lot of the mapping actually blocks the SB on all difficulties, making the sparse SB even more sparse. Try to avoid that, if possible.
^Well okay that's kinda true xD Not sure if there is much I want to change in the map to make the SB more visible though, since it's just a nice touch methinks.

Finally, I could see an Insane being mapped for this with more interesting jumps/beat patterns and larger spacings than Hard. Up to you though. - Heh, indeed possible, and I would've done that if I didn't think that this song wasn't that fit for an Insane =w=

I really think easy would sound a lot better with tick rate 2. And don't make ticks have hitsound as it can be confusing. If you really believe it needs a hitsound there, then use a note and not a slider.

03:04:994 (1) - Reallly don't think you need these timing sections in the spinner. You would have to spin crazy Rucker speed as fast to hear the sounds. Just stick to a volume i suppose. You could keep the last 4 timing sections though to keep on time with the volume.

You can say, "I think it works well", but it only works well because you're using extremely generic rhythm patterns that work well independently of the music. In fact, as the map currently is I can just turn the music off and it won't affect my score at all because the rhythm patterns used are just that generic. Or, I could switch the mp3 to another map with a similar BPM - same thing.

By making the 1/6 parts actually 1/6, you'll make the map fit the music, *and* it'll be 500% funner than it currently is. Add some more hit objects while you're at it - you can easily make the map 50x more interesting but aren't for some reason.

Call me back if you fix this issue and I'll give it another look - as it stands right now, it's not fun at all because much of the map is off. I'm sorry, but that's really all I can say - it's not a *bad* map, it's just so musically incorrect that it's a pain to play, *and* the rhythms are too simplified. :/
