  1. Why timing on toxizy stage is different? I can see 2 red sections, on rest of stages.

Actually, that's just the Japanese way of writing "Nornir":

The lyrics refer to the past, present, and future of her fate, so "Nornir" fits perfectly:

A ton of sources also support "Nornir". Type "nornir mawaru penguindrum" into Google to see what I mean.

So, I would put "noruniru" into tags and "Nornir" as the title; both can be considered correct and are supported by sources, but "noruniru" is just how you write "Nornir" in Japanese, so it makes a lot more sense to go with "Nornir".

Go back to Selee's timing (2 red lines) there's no real need for so many red lines all beats are landing squarely on the metronome, i'd still suggest you get a timing expert like Doomsday, Lybydose, Alace, Derekku (and could mention many others), but imo the main reason it sounds off it's because during 00:29:796 ~ 00:39:502 rythm is hard to predict due to the softness and lack of consistency.

  1. Anime, opening, and penguin aren't needed in the tags. Please remove them.
  2. Since scorebar-bg.png is just a transparent image, you can simply use a 1x1 transparent image, you'd get the same effect, and you would save some file size. So I'd recommend you to do it.

  3. scorebar-kidanger.png and scorebar-kidanger2.png seem pretty much identical. Perhaps you could make them slightly different, so that they are distinguishable. Here, I tried doing somthing (use it if you like it :P):
  4. Now, perhaps, since the colour of the hitcircle overlay is more like grey, you could use another colour for the slider border, something like this:

  2. 00:15:146 (4) - Well, let's say this can never sound well there :C The reasons are that the drums aren't there, they follow a weird pattern there where you would have to use 1/6ths. And secondly, the vocals are kind of offbeat there.
    Maybe something like this would be a better idea.
  3. 00:28:378 (1) - This circle is way too close to the end of the spinner, imo. It won't be easy to play for new players. Could you please remove it?
  4. 00:32:788 (4) - Now, this is at the same distance from (3) as (3) is from (2). I mean, you kept the distances the same. But, you didn't keep the same distance on the timeline:

    You know where I wanna get to, right? You shouldn't use the same spacing than before, and that "shouldn't" becomes a mustn't here, because it is the [url]easiest[/url] difficulty!
    Please use the correct spacing for this.

I'm a bit unsure of the timing; I'd have mapped the whole song with a single 170.00 BPM section. I'm not a timing expert though, so I'll echo Sakura's words to find someone good at it. I definitely feel that 170.04 is wrong though, 01:01:194 sounds quite off. Regardless,

You could also delete the .osb and full submit again.

I'd add about a second of lead-in time, so that the player has at least 2 seconds to get ready.

Most of these are just because of how you tend to place notes without using grid snap and a bit haphazardly, since many of them are just because the notes are in an awkward spot where it's either hard to read or just one or two grids away from a much "better" spot. (straight line with one note that's a grid out of line, or a square with one of the corners just a bit off, or something like that). Overall, a good map with a cool skin. Make sure you get the timing looked at.

Popping in to confirm for Kytoxid that 170.040 is the correct bpm, and does not need any other red lines. (aka, leave the first and get rid of the second). It's easy to get confused by the vocals, as they are purposely off-center from the actual music to garner a sense of "air-headedness".
